I stay here for almost 2 years and neighbors are all nice. The management is very nice and thorough. But the best part is head manager KG she was the most nicest and very welcoming wish we could stay but our little family is getting bigger and had to find something bigger. I would definitely recommend this place everytime .

As the renters of the apartment above the community center, let me say that the manager; KayGee, is the Best! (As the the manager of another small, local business, I do not say this lightly) Any issues we've had, I take up with KayGee and she addresses right away. Now I will say, 27 is noisy but you get used to it. Being above a community center can get loud, but you get used to it. Some people feel the need to SLAM the community doors (which are directly below us) and this is quite annoying. But this is NO reflection on KayGee. I just hope the owners of the park know what a gem she is. If you are looking for a nice park, or when we leave, a nice apartment and want to be in a place with fantastic management, this is your place.

Very nice place love it here. Visiting my parents have been for years. This year especially, the pool is super clean and nice. I do miss going over the bridge looking for pigs. Over all a great place to winter.

This campground is ok, but the maintenance man does not make anyone feel welcome. We apparently broke the law by entering the pool after dark and maintenance man came in and barked at us like a junkyard dog. We had read the rules in the book given to us, which made no mention of hours ( see attached photo of pool rules). We left without argument. This guy is also VERY bad at spotting a camper while backing in; he communicates very poorly. So good job at making people feel unwelcome. We'll be sure never to stay here again and encourage others to stay anywhere else. Do yourself a favor, avoid this campground and grouchy, miserable maintenance guy.
