One of the nicest RV Parks I've been to. The owner is the best. They had a hurricane go through the year before and they had some construction going on but it didn't bother me. I was planing on going back the next year but money got tight. I will go back as soon as I am able. All concrete slabs. All level. Just back up in the lot and drop your Jack's to stabilize you rig. I was all set up in 10 minutes.Everything you want to do is a short distance.I hope you have a great stay like I did. I stayed 5 months. Next time I go I might never leave.

I had a wonderful stay in a tiny house parked in this RV park. It was a pleasant stay, however, as a reviewer, I feel I must point out what was both good and what needs attention. (Which is why I only gave 3stars) Positives: -it’s well lit all night long. -There’s a security camera high atop a large flagpole that overlooks the entire RV park (which was a comfort), -the clubhouse is very nicely positioned on the water, -the RV spaces are well maintained and appear to have the necessary hook ups, -there’s several convenient docks for kayaking or fishing and a community grill for grilling. The river is a beautiful natural waterway and the peninsula has a couple of picnic tables available. Negative: I will first say that the possibilities are endless in the making of this future RV park/resort… when it gets completed. The clubhouse (as mentioned) is beautiful, however, still under construction as well as several of the RV sites closer to the water. The area where you take your trash is currently a bit of a mess. I wasn’t even sure it belonged to the RV park. -The drive through the park has several very large potholes with crumbling concrete (not really a problem for me but if you’re toting a 40ft trailer it might be an issue). It’s understandable since I saw a couple of springs coming up from the driveway. It would be great if they could tap those off for fresh spring water available for the campers. Overall, it was a great good location but needs the vision of an amazing RV Resort to come to full completion before it can actually be rated as an amazing RV Resort Park.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The owner was always friendly and said Hi! My kids got to fish here for their very first time. We saw a baby alligator the kids thought that was super neat! The Sunsets are Amazing!!! 🤩 The only down side is there isn’t much amenities, but I know it’s still under construction. Overall We really Enjoyed ourselves..

Yesterday I discovered a new RV Camp/Park in Biloxi, MS. Selected for its great online reviews. Mark Parrish, Owner Operator is on-site 24/7. Who was very personable and greeted us as we entered the park. All hook-ups are available and there's FREE wi-fi. We were personally shown to our RV spot with level parking pad with extra pad for a picnic table and chairs.🤩. This is the future location of the 1st 5-Star RV Resort for the area. On-going amenities include in-ground swimming pool, bar and grill, volleyball court, bonfire pit and in-the-round seating, decks along the shoreline provide wicker outdoor furniture and umbrellas for shade. There's even a walking trail around the park if you want to stretch your legs or ride a bike. We stayed from July 8th through the 10th and enjoyed ourselves tremendously.

We live local and decided to camp while moving into our new house (cleaning and painting etc). This park is still under construction but Mark (owner) was working day and night and I have no doubt this place will be top notch when he’s done. As it’s still under construction, there are still some bugs that have to be worked out but the park was clean and enjoyable. Bonfires, fishing, and swimming are available and he also had free kayaks available for us to use. The pads are all concrete but they are a bit tight. If you need a little more space shoot for a spot at the end of a row. We would stay here again!

Sorry this may seem unfair since we haven't actually stayed here so this is based on what experience i have had with reservations.we booked for 3 nights for memorial weekend we actually don't live far and decided to ride by the place, it's really small lots. I just couldn't justify spending $50 a night and we needed a place we can have a small gathering for birthday party this place is definitely not it. It's clean simple this place is perfect for people needing a simple clean place to park and maybe visit the casinos not a lot going on in this park. So our fault for booking before knowing what the place looked like. The biggest disappointment is in less than 24hrs of booking I decided to cancel my reservation. Not only was I not refunded the platform fee of $5 which when you book it tells you this is not refunded, ok so I expected that. I was only refunded 145 of the 150 for the 3 night reservation. So in all I paid almost $10 to book and cancel a reservation in less than 24hrs( again my fault, but I only expected to not be refunded the $5 platform fee). *** thank you for your reply, we would love to give it a try when completed. I really just wanted people aware of the Reservation platform. ***

This place is going to be spectacular when it's completed. It's a beautiful spot, tight on the water. Must visit.

We spent 3 nites at Camp David in our diesel pusher. It was a easy exit off I-10 and easy into the park. Less than a mile off I-10 but very quiet. Nice clean park with paved roads and concrete pads. The park is still under construction but the construction is no problem. Beautiful senery and will have lots of amenities when completed. There is great new shopping center with every shop you can imagine. Mark is a great host . Good experience and we will stay again.
