Stayed on unserviced lot T-5. Was a great location, one neighbor to the back, front and both side are roadway. A few trees in-between lots to offer some privacy. Well sized lot, and right next to the water access. Was a really fun park, they have playgrounds, horseshoes, wrench pitching, and a pool. Saw wagon rides but it didn't go past our site. And they had a ton of events, was a concert the one night. Washrooms are well kept, most of the mess was from lazy guests throwing paper towels in the sink instead of walking across the room to the garbage can. Owers/staff were very friendly and helpful. Wood is very well priced per bag to purchase compared to other places. My only complaint isn't a park issue, more so that other guest don't seem to respect the rules, especially in the tent section. No one seemed to follow the quiet hrs that started at 10 pm. Seems all the partiers where just getting going at about that time with extremely loud music, and a LOT of hooting and hollering. They continued until about about 2 or 3 am each night. Not so fun for a family with young children to try and sleep through. We will definitely come again, but maybe not stay in the tent area where is seems all the young partiers are.

First of all, a big thank you to Hillbilly Camp! It’s a perfect place to stay — the whole environment is very peaceful and family-friendly. Everything was spotless: the pool, the washrooms, and the showers were all clean and well-maintained. Anytime we had a question or a small issue, the response over the phone was incredibly quick and helpful. Overall, everything was just excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. If I may add one small suggestion for the future: it might be a good idea to have a staff member with a four-wheeler stationed at the office. When new families check in, they could guide them directly to their spot. That way, guests can settle in faster and spend more time enjoying the camp. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and you gave us memories to keep. Thank you once again!

We are extremely happy with camp Hillbilly. We have been coming up here for years now. We enjoy this spot for all the activities they have going on every weekend for the kids. We have seven grandchildren and this is a highlight for them. They have so many different events for the kids and they have a kids club that is run every weekend. The staff go over and beyond to make these events so special. This weekend was the auction and when i say 98% was kids stuff it was. Free corn for everyone. it was amazing and it was a great event. I watched the kids going around in the wagon. Kids enjoying the tickets putting into win their prizes, kids splashing in the pool.My grandkids love it here and I have nothing but positive things to say about the management and staff that try there best to provide everyone with a great experience. I definitely would recommend this campground to my friends and family. The past couple of years have been the best couple of years up here. We have tried other campgrounds no comparison to what they do here. Good work and look forward to many more memories here with our grandchildren

We had an amazing stay here. Everyone was so friendly (both seasonal and overnight campers) the grounds were clean, and the pool was such a nice touch. One of the legs of the landing gear on our fifth wheel broke when we were setting up, Glen (a long term tenant across the road) came out to help my husband safely set up, and get hooked back up to the truck. While we didn't get help from any of the RV places in the area, this place was a breath of fresh air, and I wish we had the time to stay here longer.

I had booked a reservation, two days later I ended up in the hospital and had to cancel my reservation two days after booking. I have medical proof and I offered to send proof to them to be reimbursed the $467. That was one month ago and I still haven't received one cent. They kept almost $500 for a reservation I only had booked for two days. I've called the office multiple times, all I get is a run around and lies.... I don't advise anyone to book with this company, they will rip you off and blame it on third party in control of the money. The many times I've asked for head office phone # they won't give it to me. Do not waste such a significant amount of money on booking ahead with this greedy company because you don't know what life will throw at you tomorrow. Anything can happen and they will kick you when you're down instead. Now I'm forced to seek legal advice about this situation or take a complete loss. The pool was very green last time I stayed there, we couldn't swim in it. The showers are moldy and all you can hear is traffic flying by the camp day and night. It's hardly worth the 2.5 hr drive it took to get there. Camp Hillbilly, why don't you use all that money that you rip off/steal from different families and make it more comfortable for your guests to enjoy a clean shower and a nice swim?
