Great spot close to the city. Large clean lots and not overcrowded. Beautiful new modern showers. Laundramat due to be upgraded in the near future. Thanks to Doug for his hospitality and will see you in the spring.

Fantastic campground experience provided by Doug and the team. Camping pitches were great and toilets were kept very clean. Showers were very modern and immaculate and way above the standards you would expect from a campground, worth the 2 dollars and more. We arrived unexpectedly for last minute camping and Doug made us feel extremely welcome immediately explaining all about the site and facilities, could not have asked for any more. He gave us tips on where to go around Ottawa too which made our sightseeing much easier, thank you Doug!

Well we are now winding down our seasonal stay here. First off, huge shout out to the Manager Doug, Peter the grounds keeper, the girls in the office and of course the Miller family for hosting us. The improvements to the park this year were Well done and impressive. The park is well run and not governed by tons of rules. We were blessed by great neighbors and an ideal location. We absolutely enjoyed our weekend stay at Camp Hither Hills August 15th &16, 2025. It is a great little Good Sam rated park very close to Ottawa. The park itself is being cleaned up with ongoing maintenance under new management and we had absolutely no issues with anything. Staff were quick to handle anything we requested and were all friendly and nice. We were on a full serviced site and had a great site location for our large 43ft Fifth Wheel. There is also a clean heated outdoor pool on-site and a small playground. We didn't need to utilize the on-site washrooms and showers but I did check them out and they were very nice, clean and new. There is also laundry facilities on-site. The wifi was solid and included in our stay. Don't hesitate to book, great little RV Park.

Super friendly staff! Bathrooms are clean, showers are amazing. Sites offer plenty of space and very easy to find. A great place to stay if you want a place to camp just outside Ottawa!
