The assistant manager said corporate has breed restriction on our 8 lb Min-pin because the breed name is miniature pincher and no Pinchers allowed. I tried explaining that the dogs are dashounds and Italian grayhound mix but it does not matter. No Pinchers allowed! Took our business elsewhere.

Very poor management. Got an answering service, phone system didn't work, and was also quoted different price over phone and in person. First day there power was out, so they demanded I move my camper with no notice. When I said I'd have to schedule a truck again, they refused service after verbally agreeing to have me move from weekly to monthly spot. Manager accused me of saying things I didn't say and then called me argumentative when I corrected her. They should take responsibility for not providing promised utilities instead of blaming guests to switch the focus. I took my business elsewhere and you should, as well, if you don't want to be threatened by someone on a power trip.

Visted my grandma for a bit, and we had a great time at camp inn! Very kid friendly, my daughter loved looking at the ponds, wildlife, riding around in golf carts, and swimming in all the pools. We saw a few dancing cranes and a Gator during our stay. Bingo was fun even tho all my cards were duds. 🤣 Close to beaches and Orlando. It's a great spot to slow down and unwind for a bit.

Absolutely love living here! Everyone is nice & welcoming. Very quiet at night except the passing of the cars on the main rd but I'm used to that from back home in Ohio. Glad my family referred us to this RV park! Best choice we've made since relocating to Florida!! Thx Camp Inn for the warm & inviting welcome!🤗🖤

Very well kept mobile home and camper community. Most residents are very friendly. Close to shopping and restaurants. Beach 1 1/2 hours away. Large flea market close. Heated pool, regular pool, and hot tub. Library, workout room, community building, exercise classes, Kareoke, card games, etc.

After filling out the new residence paperwork online on Sunday, November 14th, I waited, but no employee ever reached out to me. On Wednesday, November 16th, I called and was able to speak to someone and was told they would be running a background and credit check, and this would take between 48 hours and two weeks. That was almost three weeks ago. If you are in a hurry to get a place to live, then avoid this place!! The office staff rarely answers the phone, and they have never returned my calls or messages. I have always had to call them. I can honestly say that once I have gotten ahold of someone, they are friendly and respectful, but it is next to impossible to get them on the phone. I'm worried that if they treat me like this now, what will happen when I become a resident?

Has all your trailer needs, and some. There is a pool, a lake, great community atmosphere, they'll know if you're new or visiting.
