We did not get to stay here but liked how it looked.. no one answered our calls but responded to a text (a couple hours later) We were on a cross country bike trip and needed something right away, if you plan of in advance, I’m sure this would be a great place

Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is traveling for a night for a week or for a couple 2 or 3 months like we did !! Has weight room washer/ dryer even has indoor showers and an indoor pool, game rooms , it has private lakes on the property and you can even walk around on their 12 acres (don't get lost ) lol even see their pot belly pig named lollipop!! This used to be a lovely place to stay! We started coming here for major holidays weekends just after opening and loved the family-friendly atmosphere. Their bathrooms are very nice and the salt-water swimming pool is a nice touch! However, the management has since turned this place into an uninviting trailer park. We bring a large group for holiday weekends and always book sites together, booking 7 months in advance to ensure we’d have sites together. The last two times we've been they've moved us around because the sites we booked "the people haven't moved out yet" so we've had to deal with being separated. After being frustrated about this, we were told "it's growing pains we are dealing with" but no resolve. If the park wants to cater to the long-term guests, just be honest and don't allow short-term guests. Let's talk about the grounds....they have NO rules. The first few times we visited the sites were clean and well maintained. However, they've allowed their long-term guests to do whatever they want between the already small spaces. Some spaces literally have trash piled around their site, one camper had an old trashed couch outside their camper, large children's swimming pools that haven't been maintained, etc. Just imagine, trashy trailer park and you have pictured Camp Langston. I wish I had taken more pictures of the place, but here's a couple of the view from our site. I expect so much more from a $50/night establishment and won't be returning to the camp. P.S. And yes, the below review about sketchy electrical is 100% true. We've had one of our brand new campers fried here because the electrical was mis-wired. The owner helped fix a GFCI plug that fried, but we didn't know until later that it also fried our fridge as well. Luckily, our camper was still under warranty so the repairs were covered. ***Since I cannot comment back the owner’s review…Please be sure to read the below response. The false accusations as well as unprofessional response tells you everything that you need to know about the management of this camp***
