Awesome! We were here when it was cold and rainy and it was still a great place to stay. The camp hosts were great... Salt of the earth and genuine. I bet spring and summer is spectacular at this place. It is such a gem. Downtown Monroe is a hidden gem as well.

Absolutely beautiful campground/rv park. My husband and I lived here for almost 2 years while he was doing some work in Michigan. Very well kept, newly paved roads, daily trash pick up, on site propane tank refill, spacious lots, mail delivery available, office with bath house and laundry, very quiet, pet and family friendly, huge field for pups to run and play, beautiful ponds in the front, felt very safe in the park and surrounding areas. Super friendly and welcoming managers and staff! Jim and Kathy were always such a joy to chat with and always ready to help if needed. They’re doing an amazing job of managing the park and keeping it clean and safe. If we are ever in Michigan again, we will 100% be back here!

Whether you are a long or short term camper, the workers and campers here will treat you like their family and be of any help whenever you need it. The sites near the water are cozy and its always nice to see the ducks and cute little frogs! I have been camping here for almost a year & I enjoy it. It is not the most fanciest campground, but the customer service and community here is above and beyond.

Very good, mellow feel here. Ask the manager about the story behind the name. It's a surprising one.. Almost all back in sites. I was there at the end of October for 4 nights. Many were seasonal or long term renters. Well kept & did not have the junky feel of many parks with long term residents. Would definitely stay there again.

Super friendly staff and a great place to stay near Detroit. We came up in December for an event downtown and we decided to take the Motorhome instead of trying to get a room. They had a few spots open and were fairly priced. There was snow on the ground but they cleaned the drive and site. Would love to come back in warmer weather.

Only been here a week, but so far it's been great. Friendly and very helpful office staff and it's very peaceful and quiet in the park. I'm not sure about activities or anything like that yet as the weather is still quite cold. But either way, it's been a great experience so far.
