We come every year and have done so far a decade or more. This campground is not all concrete and asphalt. Their trees for shade and a river for scenic views. I highly recommend this campground.

An excellent campground. Very clean and well maintained. Sites easily accommodate small travel trailers to full size class A. There is a choice of gravel and concrete pads. We only needed to do a small amount of leveling as we are only 21'. The pool was sparkling clean and had an extra play area for the children. The playground is one of the best I have ever seen at a campground! It was exceptionally clean, a new, extra large climbing structure, and fully wood chipped. The area is safe for families to ride bikes, scooters, and take their pups for a walk. It is very quiet, just the sounds of laughter and campfires.

This place looks nice on the surface but has some big problems. The sites are very tight and hard to get into with big rigs. We have a 44 foot toy hauler. It fits lengthwise but with slides on both sides it’s very tight and hard to get into these spots. If you stay on the outside (not water side) there is little to no grass for dogs to potty. Lots of little fly/nat bugs. The bathrooms look really nice until you look up in the shower and the ceiling is covered in mold! Washers are gross and everyone just leaves their clothes in them all day. The best part about this park is the location, otherwise I’d probably stay somewhere else. If you have a small rig and no pets it might be okay.

Sites are a little small but this is the most quiet and clean campground I've ever stayed at. The bathrooms are private and nicer than my own bathroom at home. Each bathroom is large and contains a toilet sink and free shower. The laundry facilities are clean and easy to use. You can pay with a credit card or set up an account. Staff are friendly and helpful. We will stay there again when in the area.

We had a fantastic 3 nights and 4 days camping at this beautiful campground by the river for our 10th year wedding anniversary . We have been to pigeon forge many many times and have never felt so peaceful and relaxed as we were staying at this campsite. It definitely beats staying in a hotel not knowing what your laying down in. The campsite was breathtaking and the bathrooms to shower in you had your own bathroom with toilet and shower. Very very clean and well maintained. It always smelled good with good cleaning supplies and they were there all the time cleaning when we walked in. It is a beautiful bathroom to with new tile looks like. We would highly recommend this place. We have now made it our home away from home. Teresa that worked in the office was so friendly and made us feel at home.
