Beautiful area!! There is a playground and bathrooms. Owners are very nice. There is also a large field that you can see deer frolicking around. Quite a few apple trees around. This was our second time being at this campground. Will be coming back!! My only complaint is how annoying our dog is LOL.

We spent the last weekend (8/15 - 8/17) at Camp S'mores. We've been to several campgrounds/RV parks and Camp S'mores is a beautiful place. My family and I had a great experience. The owner Chris he is very friendly, easy going. Very accommodating; Excellent Customer Service! They offer a nice playground and bicycles for the younger kids, no extra charge. They have apple trees next to the playground, the kids were able to pick a few. They have horse shoes and other yard games. They have a large area that you could play croquet or bocce ball if you own a set. You won't find a pool, but that is ok. Less than a mile you will find Lake Charlotte. There is a swimming beach, place to fish off the dock or rent or bring your own boat. They offer tubing and kayaking down Long Prairie River, Chris (owner) does provide drop off/pick-ups. I didn't get to go, but my grandson and other family members enjoyed going tubing down the river; it's approx 1 hour trip down the river. Practically next door is Long Prairie Drive-in, if you want to catch an outdoor movie(s) you can. Restroom and Showers are clean and I do like that the showers are separate from the restrooms.h I was so happy about the layout of the site we had. A pull-thru, instead of sitting side by side our RV's sat from front to rear and was pretty level ground and so much space, loved it. Fire pit on one of the sites was so huge I couldn't fit my grill top, it was a great sacrifice. It rained the first night we arrived but the youngsters made the best of it and played in the puddles. Only thing I could complain about how I wish it was a sunnier weekend. If YOU are looking for a place you can relax, and have a peaceful, calming trip that won't break the bank, Camp S'mores is it. If you feel like you can't completely "unplug" they do have free WIFI, but honestly I got mobile service without. Happy Camping, Campers!

Great little camp ground. Chris was awesome. My family will for sure be back. Chris even took us to the river, provided the tubes and picked us up all for $15. Very clean bathrooms and showers, horseshoes and many other accommodations. Loved Camp S'more!!

Chris was a great host! Camp ground was very well kept. Restrooms were clean, showers were clean, water was hot. Camping spots were spaced nice and easy in and out to almost all the spots that I saw. We took advantage of the tubing and it was a nice float. Chris picked us up and brought us a snack and a pop, unexpected, wow, thoughtful! I would definitely recommend staying here and will probably stay here again in the future.
