We have been seasonal for 2 seasons and are now building our summer home near by. We would recommend Camp Sequoia to those looking for a quiet, relaxed, family/kid/pet friendly environment. Workers keep the campground beautiful. Weekends are filled with activities for adult and kids alike along with a church service on Sunday in the very quaint chapel. Pool and shower house are very well maintained and kept spotless. Many safety features can be found at the pool. Amazing walking/golf cart/biking trails. Perfect dog park with water available. Full electric and water hook ups. Self serve waste station or paid weekly pump outs offered. No laundry facilities on site but are not far. Close to Toledo, Jackson and Detroit. Country setting close to all the amenities needed, food/drink, shopping and emergency room. Lots of wild life. Check them out if you're looking to camp in S.E. MI

My family loved the nature of this place it’s stunning to say the least. We did decide to check out another campground after staying here for one season we are new to seasonal camping and want to try a couple different places but I can see this being the place we choose in the end of our search.

During our first season at Camp Sequoia, we thoroughly enjoyed the campground. This was our second camper and our inaugural experience with seasonal camping. We were captivated by the natural surroundings and reminisced about our ideal spot, which was conveniently situated across from the trails. As we prepare to conclude our season, we are seeking a nearby campground to minimize travel time. This establishment is conveniently located within an hour’s drive. Upon concluding our season, we decided to explore another nearby option, hoping to find a place that aligns with our preferences. Kim was more than accommodating in assisting me with a payment plan that accommodated my financial situation. I opted against automatic payments and opted to divide the cost into three separate payments. The campground offers a wide range of activities suitable for all age groups. It features a spacious pool and a charming church led by a remarkable pastor named Frank.

My family and I have been camping here for almost 15 years. Our kids have grown up here over the summers. We could not have picked a better place to call our summer weekend home. There is always lots to do either with events planned or taking a hike on the trails or play corn hole against my kids or the neighbors.
