This place was great for the kids! Nice playground and fun little game room. The location is perfect for the local hiking spots. We were 20 minutes from each location so it made for easy planning each day. The campground is so peaceful and a perfect little Oasis coffee shop was so cute!

Stayed here last weekend with my family and we ended up with an absolutely picturesque lakeside spot. Even our tent site had electricity and it seemed like all sites also had a fire pit and picnic table, even the spots for trailers. Bath houses were new, clean and ample even for the full campground we experienced. The family also got their first introduction to park golf, which became an instant hit for us adults and the two kids, 10 and 7. They also have a huge inflatable bouncy pad for the kids in addition to a nice playground with tether ball. There's also a swimming hole and rental kayaks and boats to take out on the lake. There were lots of kids for ours to play with and they had a great time. Staff were super nice, especially explaining park golf. Overall, for our family, this is the kind of place where we were already planning our next stay even before we left.

Campbell Cove is a family owned campground within a short driving distance from the many activities of Hocking Hills. I went with my oldest and his family. I talked regularly with Maria and Abby who were so helpful with our reservations and putting us in a site that met our needs for a tent and long camper. Our sites were clean and well maintained. The gravel pad was very level for the camper. All utilities worked. We loved the amenities of the campground to include the clean and modern bathhouses, the wormburner golf course, play area with huge bounce pad, proximity to Lake Logan, and the activities. We went the weekend before Halloween and loved giving out candy and seeing kids and adults alike come by dressed up. They had 4 bands visit the campground that night but surprisingly could barely be heard at our sites. So you could choose to enjoy the music or not. We chose to hike rather than partake in the morning events. We liked how accessible the campground was to the hiking areas of Hocking Hills. It was readily accessible to the highway as well for our arrival and departure. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend camping here. And if our family revisits the area, this is the campground we will return to.

Great campground. The rv lots on top are beautifully groomed and the others look great as well. The tent sites along the lake could use a little love. Too many weeds grown up at the electric poles. But they are very roomy and level. The bath houses are very large and clean. Highway noise is loud. A lot of great places to eat near. Overall beautiful place.

We stayed here, tent camping, for the first time this week. We stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay longer! The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. You can see the pride they take in this campground. The private bathrooms /shower rooms were always clean! They are updated and the toilet paper is nice. The amenities are great! The lake view is beautiful, the playground and jumping pad were lots of fun, and we enjoyed the gaga ball pit and tether ball. My daughter was enthralled by the gem mining! The swimming pond was a hit with the kids. It was also very conveniently located to grocery shopping and all the hiking opportunities... The furthest we drove was under 20 minutes from the campground. We will look forward to coming back again! Thank you Campbell Cove!
