Beautiful resort! Clean and reasonable priced. Close to activities! Internet was strong enough for us to stream football!

Great service. We came in late during long drive. They specially open the counter to let us stay. Good prices. Clean restrooms (with AC) And nice pool with hottub.

We had a great experience at the RV Resort. It was very quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. The sites are nicely groomed, and there are numerous public grills to use throughout the park, which was nice since we forgot to bring our grill's propane tank. The pool is small but very clean in and around it, plus nice and refreshing after a long day on the lake. I used the treadmill in the clubhouse and I would just recommend putting some sort of fan in that area. Great views of the lake, too!

Just wanted to jump on here and say what a nice RV Resort this is. I stay at parks all over the country and this one is Affordable very nice well run it has everything that you need and more they even have a grill you can use they have a nice pet walk the grounds are kept Immaculate and most of all the people in the office are very friendly and accommodating. I had to get a last minute space and was found to be treated and welcomed with open arms the hookups are perfect the spaces are big enough for everything that you need. Overall it's a five star for me highly recommend Campbell Cove RV Resort!!

First stay at Campbell Cove and will definitely return. Spaces are snug but the views of Lake Havasu and extremely well kept park more than make up for it. Pool is well kept, short walk to the state park down the road. Not to mention one of the better priced resorts.

I stayed here for a week and will not stay here again. The sites are very cramped, especially for slides on both sides. The "Lake View" that was promoted when I made the reservation turned out to be the back side of a large warehouse housing a performance boat business. The office staff were helpful and the cable TV worked fine. There are much nicer parks in Havasu.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of weeks in our Class C Motorhome with no tow vehicle. There is a state park within walking distance and a decent walk into town. The staff are friendly and hosted community holiday events. They have a nice pool and hottub and a communal fire pit. The only downside is that the bathrooms could use more upkeep. We would stay here again.

What a great spot to stay in lake havasu! The entire RV park was very clean and organized! Minutes away from the water! Tons of walk paths and trails to walk your animals. Lovely pool area! Friendly staff and we will definitely be coming back! If you’re looking for a place to stay and hook up! This is the place to be!

We have parked in campgrounds in almost every state for the past decade and can honestly say, this one ranks in the bottom 5 of WORST places to date. There is so little room between trailers! You have to share a small picnic bench spot with your neighbors! If your trailer is over 25’ and you have a big truck, good luck. There is no place to park your truck. Many rigs are in disrepair from full timers and don’t look like they can even move any longer. Getting in/out of the place is also tedious because you have to go thru the gas station parking lot which backs up with boats, so you have to wait for them to move to even get in and out. To top it off, management is unfriendly and borderline rude. On second thought, this place might rank bottom 3 out of hundreds.

Very close to the water and and Main Street. Easy to miss if you're not careful.

Very rude people running this place. Would not send my worst enemy here. The lady came out yelling at me right after we entered the parking area.

Don't stay here unless you have absolutely NO alternative. Even overnighting in a Walmart car park would be preferrable. They squeeze two RVs in a spot designed for one and refuse to give the discounts they advertise on their website and publicity. The RVs are so close together that if one caught fire the about half would likely go up in flames.

Visiting my wife's cousin who lives in Lake Havasu and we found a space at this RV park. The space we are in is 50 feet long and 22 feet wide so it is pretty narrow. The park is very clean and well kept and everyone was very nice. We had full hookups and everything was good. They do not provide free wifi but do have cable. One thing I will mention is the entrance to the park is through the side of the 76 gas station. If you are coming in from highway 95 down industrial make sure you turn in past the sign otherwise you will be on an alkyway and have to go around and try again. We gave the park 3 stars because of the narrow sites and lack of some amenities. Nice small park and we will stay here again.
