Sooooo bad! Trash bags and broken down pieces of furniture. Looks like a dumping ground for tweekers. The pool has been filled in with dirt and dog park is falling apart.

I stored my Rv here when I moved out of state. They never answer the phone nor send out anything for lease renewal I pay by the year. I don’t even know if this place exists anymore

No maintenance, no security, no swimming pool,pot holes all over. Electrical problems, no trees trimmed. Big tumble weeds.

This place has gone down in the last few years there's no pool there's no playground for the kids there's garbage and old run-down cards in front of everybody's property. Club l house isn't usable anymore

This place is something else I stored my rv here and someone tried breaking into it luckily I have a dead bolt. I also put a new $150 tarp on my rv it was stolen about three weeks in. I let the office know what happened they said the manager was going to call me and she never did they acted like it never happened. You can’t get in and out when you want you have to have them open the gate for you and only when the office is open. They are closed on the weekends so you can’t get anything in or out you have to wait for the week. When you call them you have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back that’s if they call you back. Go somewhere else to store your trailers it’s nothing but headaches here.
