Went here for breakfast. Nice small cafe. Looks like a great spot to stay as well. Good food and reasonable prices. Right on the river. Recommend.

Noon-1 pm ...Guy was rude, no coffee or cafe business he ran off us and two other cars. Maybe a busy day for him he locked the door and left. Only good thing was ice cost $3.50

It is a drive to get there however the food is delicious and the portions are huge. Reserve your cinnamon roll when you make your reservations

Beautiful place to spend a week. Backing into our spot was a bit of a challenge. But once parked and hooked up it was great ambiance. The laundry machines can use an update. Dryers were not working great and required a lot of quarters when compared to other sites machines we used during our trip. I also thought it was a bit odd of them to try to sell you a backflow preventer. Montana law requires it so why not install them on your faucets instead of trying to sell them. Other than those two nuisances i will still give them a five star as i enjoyed my stay at the site

This place is awesome close to the river for fishing . The staff is excellent super helpful and nice . The breakfast is the best ! pancakes are this size of full dinner plates highly recommend for over night stay and or breakfast!

The redeeming qualities about this place are the beautiful views and delicious breakfasts. Unfortunately, the price for camp sites (RV or cabin rental) and cost of breakfast made our experience at Campfire Lodge not worth these two redeeming qualities. While the cost alone negated the value of our experience, add on top of that the lack of customer service from the owners and it just adds insult to injury. If people aren't your thing, that's okay, but maybe don't run a business in the travel/hospitality industry. We paid $60 for breakfast for two and $1800 for our family to spend 7 nights in our RV. The owners do not care about their customers.

If you like breakfast, you'll love this place. Good food and lots of it! George at the fly shop was extremely helpful, providing info on places to go and what to anticipate.

My family lives in the Madison valley and we visit this area yearly, we have always gone to campfire lodge to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the great breakfast. We visited this year and were greeted with a very unwelcoming hostess. And the prices of a simple (but delicious) breakfast are that of a 5 star restaurant. We will not be coming back to eat breakfast here again unfortunately due to the lack of kindness and the severe price increases.

We stayed in cabin 11 recently, the cabin was cleaned had a well stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils and storage containers. We appreciated the two spacious bedrooms and close parking space to the cabin. Request a screen door to utilize the nightly breezes and keep the mosquitoes out. Delicious breakfasts and super great service too We will be back

We absolutely loved this place!! In the middle of the mountains, right next to one of the best trout streams in America! There is a fly shop and a great restaurant that is open for breakfast and lunch. Lots of wildlife and peace and quiet. Be prepared for no WiFi, cell service or am/fm radio!! It's GREAT!
