Paved roads, crushed rocks for sites, paver pads to put chairs on, no picnic tables, they meet you at the gate and take you to your site, flat sites, full hook- ups, 50 amp, veryneat, flowering bushes

Park is very clean and well maintained. Would give five stars but there is NO WIFI as Advertised on the site.

This is the place to stay if you are in the Phoenix. We like the location bc it puts us in the middle of family and friends. The staff is amazing and so friendly. Facilities are clean and the pool and hot tub are so nice. Small but nice fitness area in the club house. It’s not a huge campground but it is the perfect size for us. We have stayed here 3 different times so far!

Fantastic campground. Clean, beautiful, and well maintained. The only reason it's not a 5 is because of 1) the limited availability of the clubhouse, 2) the night security gate has been inoperative for a while, and 3) the pool table lacked pool sticks and often a ball rack.

What a great place to stay. It is very convenient with access to grocery stores, restaurants and only about 25 min from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport

This is a very nice park. I just made reservations for our second stay there. The pool is outstanding with a hot tub. Staff is friendly and I had a broken hydraulic line on the leveling system. They got me to my spot and provided a drip pan.

Don't waste your time unless you got a new fancy RV. They'll just tell you your dates are not available after making jump through hoops of sending photos.

We are loving it here. No hassle, had a nice party for us last night. Met wonderful people, from all over. Big dog park and the view is wonderful.

Nice park, brand new. It's more family oriented than senior oriented. It is not a 55+ only park. Update: We've been coming here for 4 years now and it keeps getting better. Love the park, love the people.

My wife, son, and I stayed here for 3 weeks while visiting relatives who were snowbirding in the 55+ park nextdoor. The sites are quite spacious and the grounds and facilities are clean and well kept. They have a large fenced off leash dog area, heated pool, hot tub, a nice clubhouse with board games, pool table, ping pong and small workout room. The only thing I would say this place is missing would be a playground. I work remotely using cellular data, the Verizon service was not enough for me to work from but the T-Mobile service was great, I was able to work with no issues including video conferences. My family and I will absolutely stay here again in future while visiting.

DON'T STAY HERE...KEEP LOOKING... RUDE OFFICE PEOPLE I stayed at this RV park for a total of 3 months. My RV did however, i ended up sick and needed to leave to a medical condition after only being in my RV for 3 days. I kept paying hoping I would magically get better but no such luck. I paid for the month ahead on 1/27/22 my monthly anniversary date didn't begin till 1/29. and did not stay one day after paying however, even thou I explained that I was diagnosed with a medical condition. Their exact words well your leaving and screwing us... OMG I was shocked at their RUDE attitude. This place is 100% booked its not like they will have problems renting my spot. They are CROOKS... I paid them $800.00 and it would have been nice to even split what I paid however, they were like it doesn't matter if your sick no refunds. To me they are the rudest and I will continue to post on all social media and let my RV friends know not to ever stay here due their inexcusable customer service. Why would you steal FROM A SICK PERSON???? It would have been different if I paid and stayed there at all but I didn't. I can only hope that one of the mean ugly customer ladies get ill and cant get better and need money and need to deal with rude people such as them. KARMA DOES EXIST The park was clean - laundry room issues and water issues. Golf kart people were very kind and helpful

We have been here for 2 months now and have one month left. So far, we've had a really good experience! The grounds are very well kept, the fenced in dog park is awesome and all the staff have been great to work with. We've made some really wonderful new friends/fur friends! The activities calendar always has stuff on it. This is somewhere we'd definitely come back to if we're in the area. As a matter of fact, we left on Feb 1st because they were full here to go to another park in Florence. We got there and it was not a pleasant experience. I called back up here explaining the situation. They had just taken a cancellation and got us right back in. We were very thankful to be back the next day!

Visited inlaws who were staying there. Clean, well organized, brand new. Looks Very gravelly.. but hey, it's in a desert, not Oregon. Has a clubhouse and pool. Nice touches.
