Staff is absolutely wonderful. We had so much fun flying a kite. Paddleboarding and fishing in the sea. Views are amazing. Bathrooms are fine. And the food is amazing! There's a pool table and bean bag toss that we had a lot of fun with! Thank you guys so much for such great memories

There are some nice shaded camping sites for tents. Good access to the ocean with beautiful views. Friendly owner and staff. Clean, well maintained. Showers are actually big enough for my 6'4 1/2" carcass. Striped Bass fishing right out front and nearby at Barachois. Beach for swimming. More than a kilometre of beach that can be easily hiked right from the camp ground. Excellent poutine, if I may say so myself.

It's two times that we went on a camping at Cap Rouge. They're very warm and accommodating, even when we did not book for reservation. They provided us a spot to stay for the night, and even allowed us to extend for another night. The place is clean and well maintained. If you dont have food, they have a canteen that serves sandwiches, chicken and many others. They also have a spot for fishing and canoeing/kayaking. Bathroom is located right behind the canteen with a shower that cost a $1 per 7mins.

Decent spot to camp, especially if you grab a spot beside the water (we had 78). Lots are very close to one-another and small. Not especially clean or modern, with no drinking water on site. Friendly staff. Your experience here will mostly depend on the other campers present at the time you visit (more so than other campgrounds).
