Nice people. Beautiful place. Trailer in need of some love: missing blinds for privacy and working blinds, air conditioning, new bedding, closing mosquito screen door.

The only asset this campground has it is its view on the ocean. The owners are fairly nice but does not play the referee between permanent and transient campers the permanent campers have the upper hand. This campground is Not for children. There is no playground, they cannot run around (p. campers are insulting) and kids cannot use their bikes because the only road is a huge hill. If you have no kids, this might be a good camping place for you. For my family, we left after 4 days from a 2 weeks reservation) because we were waiting for availability to another kid friendly campground.

Kids are kids they want to play , run and jst be what they are !! Not kids friendly !!!! This place is only good for campers with NO KIDS!
