Giacomo was a wonderful host; kind and generous! He came around several times to check on how I was. The entire campground is very well maintained: clean and tidy. I didn’t get to try the pool but it looked great! The campground is very child oriented: yesterday was summer Halloween and they drove all. The kids around on a cart. Everyone dressed up! I’d highly recommend here for a young family. Thank you, Giacomo for your generosity in letting me stay the night in support of my charity!!!

Stopped at the last minute on a cross-Canada move, host was very welcoming and kind, helped us get parked for the night. Lovely pool, friendly campers!

I loved it here. Such big, private sites. Highly recommend.

Headed east on the motorcycle and got further than planned on the 1st day. We struggled to find a last minute campsite without a language barrier, but then we called here! They had a great spot for our tent and motorcycle. Clean bathrooms and well maintained pool plus other activities for kids if you are traveling as a family. Firewood and snacks available too!

The campground is very clean and quiet. However our experience was runined by the additude and lack of respect by the seasonal campers who seem to be running the place, in absence of the owners. First of all the Saturday activity listed in the website seemed like fun for the kids but after being ignored by the people selling tickets I finally got them to stop only to be told that the activities that night were for SEASONAL Campers only. As we found out later Because there were prizes and the seasonal campers didn't like the fact that a vister could win. However they had no problem asking us to support the social club by leaving our empty cans or asking us to buy half and half tickets. Also many of the seasonal campers would pass by and coment on how our Dog (a White German Shepherd )looked mean and that we better Be able to control him if he moved towards them , witch he didn't. To be fair though I speak English with my kids so they must have thought I didn't understand French. Asking for fire wood at night was also difficult because there was nobody at the office instead there were all at the Pavilion. When I managed to get someone to sell me a bundle of wood I was 2$ short he said no problem just pay tomorrow on your way out , when I got to the reception the next morning to pay another woman said they had already changed my credit card because they were not sure if I would rember. If you keep to yourself and don't mind being ignored and watched at the same time Have fun 😁 we will not be returning. There are alot of campgrounds around the area that know how to treat people right.
