Conveniently located between Magog and Sherbrooke, it is in a reasonably quiet corner. I slept very peacefully here. Friendly owner who has created a welcoming community. Having a heated and unheated pool is a nice benefit. Basic maintenance (mowing, trash, etc.) is fine. Price is probably the lowest in the area. The park, however, is showing some age and needs several major upgrades. Potholes need to be fixed. Sites are grass and prone to rutting and should have a firmer foundation. Several outbuildings have peeling paint. The main issue is the electricity, which has low voltage and is bad for RV systems. Please don't blame the campers or the city. I stayed at a 30 amp site before and after staying at your park and had no problems at all. Consider upgrading the complete electrical system and adding some 50 amp posts to better accommodate modern vehicles. I know it's an expensive upgrade, but you can charge more for 50 amps and slowly recoup your investment.

Friendly, helpful, timely responses to questions and requests - absolutely lovely couple. French or English. Nice campground - sites out back treed and all well maintained. Great for a one-night stopover on our travels. Will go again!

Good place to camp, the owners are very friendly. The bathrooms are under maintenance which is a bit neglected.

Stayed a night while travelling through town. They have wifi, $3 for 24hrs which is reasonable since it unlimited and pretty fast. Have heated pool and playground. Washrooms are clean and sufficient. Rates were reasonable. About 25% less than a provincial park basic site only here we got water and electric. Also close to town, basically on the outskirt of Sherbrooke. Since here early evening and left in the morning can't say much about how it would be for a long term stay but pulling through for the night was fine.

Hidden gem in the Sherbrooke area. Tucked away in the mountains but not too far away from the city. Very quiet campground with a nice pool and hot tub. Not a lot for kids to do, but it was very relaxing for us.
