Everything is great about this camp ground, BUT the speed limit is 5km and even crusing slowly people yell at you to slow down even though they dont know how fast your going.

To my Americans doing the Empire State Trail from any distance and camping along the way, I would advise not to stop by here. For one, they do not accept USD conversion, only CAD. They accept USD, but you have to pay as if it's CAD. Specifically, the price to camp for one night, was 55 CAD, which is 40 USD but had to pay the full 55 USD as they don't accept conversions as its "policy". The showers were also cold. Thought one did not work, tried the other, even waited for the water to heat up since that is common in campsites, but still got cold water. Overall, not very USD friendly, and did not have warm water. Would advise another campsite if possible for my American friends.

Just went to this camping site and I've got to say, this was very disappointing compared to what I was expecting. First of all, the water in the toilets and faucets smelled weird. I've seen prisons with better quality of water than this campsite. Not even a good amount of soap could stop my hands from smelling. The showers also had a 1$ coin slot for a shower that was either freezing cold, or burning hot. No in-between. Plus the water smelled like metal so my shower was practically useless. Other camping sites did not have this issue. Furthermore, the faucets aren't placed properly. You could easily get your neighbor's tents or your tents wet. Not preferable for anyone trying to wash dirty dishes. Last but not least, the customer service was rude. The lady tried telling us that there were people waiting for us. We tried looking for the people, but they never appeared. Don't spread lies to intimidate your own clients. Although we left late, we tried to apologize. However the lady told us that our apologies were not accepted. If that were the case, we would've never come here in the first place. I also see the owner trying to reply to these reviews. Please entertain us and give us a call so that we could further discuss this issue. Overall, the facilities were nice. But the flaws are way too much for me and my family to consider coming back here.
