We ended our journey in Quebec by staying at Camping Hatley for two days. The site is beautiful and very green and the restaurant serves delicious meals. We settled our tent on a nice lot closed to a wooden area with a lot of shade, that way we never felt too hot. Each lot has their own fire pit which is very cool to have. The swimming pool works on tight schedule as it opens at 10am only until 7pm, with several 30 min-break in between. There’s a lot of animal waste on the ground, especially near the playground where kids walk by barefooted. Not sure whether they come after the wildlife or people who don’t clean after their dogs. Restrooms are dirty, as they are cleaned only once in early morning. Had to hold my breath. I would have given a 5-star review despite the above if the campsite didn’t throw a party until late in the evening. Music was very loud and the DJ made sure that everyone could enjoy within a 5-mile radius.

It was our 1st time camping here. We usually avoid private campgrounds but this one is great and we will definitely come back. We were 2 families of 4 staying over Labour day weekend. All the facilities, pool and splash park are great and very well maintained. The staff and campers all very pleasant!
