Hands down the cleanest and best maintained campground I’ve ever stayed in. Very reasonable rates, reserve after 4pm for one night, 20% off. Easy peasy access code, site map, nearby water, washrooms and showers.

Right on the bank of a rushing river, this campground is a must visit for families with small children: there is so much here to keep them entertained. Not interested in bouncy castles and playsets? Go visit the historical sites along the river, starting in Shawinigin, then down river to the forge, etc. There's lots to discover in this area and this camp ground is situated perfectly.

Pros: Clean campsite, family friendly, fishing Con: Very STRICT management (At 10:30 pm, the property manager came to see us to remind us of the 11pm curfew and demanded us to stop the music. Per the website, complete silence starts at 11pm. When my family and I went to the washroom around 11pm, the property management came again to see us saying it’s DODO time. It was very disappointing to see such behaviour for TENT users.) The younger staff were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating.

Great campground. Clean, quiet and well managed. Lady at the front desk spoke English and was very friendly. Lots of activities for kids and dogs are welcome. We will definitely come again.
