Cute, clean campground right on a lake with a nice sandy, shallow beach. Staff were friendly, wifi at the entrance was fast. Ask to stay in site 68 if you can - it’s huge!

Manic 2 campsite is at the south end of HW389, just 20 kms before joining HW138. We stayed here for one night. The site is well equipped and maintained. we totally relaxed and enjoyed the scenery.

Great Québécois welcome at fine campground in shoulder season. $40 for huge site 48 with its own beach to see the loon and paddle our kayaks. Big public beach and playground, hot showers, clean bathrooms, one each clothes washer and dryer for $2. No laundry soap for sale, as most seasonal guests come from nearby. Some French will ease your stay.

We were assigned a very small site in-between 2 other trailers. But there were many other nicer and larger spots. Bathrooms very clean. The quiet time was well respected. No internet OR cell coverage. A great place to stay if you are visiting Manic 5.
