We were directed here by the good fortune of meeting a young lady in Caraquet where all accommodations were full. ;-) A step back to the 70's but clean. The proprietress was very nice. Lack of AC or any opening windows other than the screen door could have been a problem but it wasn't a very hot day (late July) with the strong onshore winds on the Baie Chaleur coast. Just a few minutes drive to Acadien Village, our destination, and Caraquet. Campground is a large neatly mowed flat grassy field with a few trees at the rear - nice for 3way RVs or even REAL camping (with a tent). Main motel and outbuildings in need of some tlc. Several nice little beaches and wharves nearby like Pokeshaw or nearly across the road . A bed for the night, fridge and fan were all we needed. Not 5 star by any stretch of imagination. All in all a good experience. hth

WiFi doesn’t work. Just a big field with 95 % of the campground unshaded. Bath house inadequate; toilet rocked on the floor! Got our money back and left!

For a stopover in Acadian country, this motel is a "must", not so much for its infrastructure as for the kindness of the owners and the good breakfasts served with good humor. Good luck, friends.
