Me and my boyfriend loved spending our 1 year anniversary here! We stayed 3 nights and had a blast everyday. The property manager Janet and the front desk attendant Candace were extremely accommodating. Brenda, who wears many hats, was a pleasure to bump into and does deliveries of firewood and/or yard games. Our dogs loved all the trails and the huge dog park on the property. My boyfriend and I are avid fly fishing enthusiasts, we found great access to the Battenkill on the trails and saw some sites along the water. Additionally this camp ground is a quick 10 minute drive from the Orvis Flagship Store. We met many seasonal campers who only had great things to say about the staff. The property is pretty big but it was nice how there always seemed to be a bathroom a short distance away. Overall, we were just so impressed with not only how beautiful this campground is, but also with the amazing customer service. This is a great place to visit or stay awhile.

We spent two nights and three days here in mid- August. Definitely my favorite campground we have stayed at yet! We had a site right across from the river and could see and hear it while sitting around the fire pit. Sites in that area are nicely separated and wooded. The river swim area was wonderful and we really enjoyed how refreshing it was during a stretch of almost 90 degree days. Make sure to bring water shoes/crocs to protect your feet from the rocky bottom. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Brenda saved us when I sent us down the wrong way while driving in. She grabbed a golf cart and had us follow her to the correct site. Front office was pleasant and smiling every time we stopped in. Our teens had a great time. Highly recommend!

Recently we purchased a pop-up camper. Camping on the Battenkill was our first journey. We brought two of our grandsons, aged 7 and 12. We stayed for 2 night, 3 days. It was lovely. The campground was very busy, but did not feel "crowded". The people who worked there were visible and friendly. The facilities and campsites were clean. It is a beautiful place with lots to do.

The sites near the river are great and very well spaced out. If you stick to The river side of the campground you will have some nice privacy. There are bike trails everywhere! It’s great for kids who love to rip around. The playground is small but well kept up and nice. The volleyball net needs some work I hope they address this soon because we love to play. Bathrooms were clean and the sites were big. 100% will be back here again.

We reserved 4 nights but ended up having to stay 12 days in total due to truck issues. The staff was so patient and kind to us. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The bath house is always clean. The staff were accommodating and very helpful.

A fantastic 4 night stay here in our 43 foot RV. The park has been updated, and the new owners are amazing! Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. Not many river sites, but worth it if they are available. Thank you for an awesome fall getaway.

Lovely camping for tents, campers, and big RVs. Sites are large and WiFi (small extra charge) is excellent. The owners are doing a great job running this large campground. Family friendly/Group section with large field and playground. Quiet sections for adult and seasonal camping. Huge dog run is always kept tidy. River sites are extra beautiful- they’ve a nice swimming area and good fishing! Facilities are spacious and clean- always have soap and hot water. Quality of camp the owners provide is only surpassed by the beautiful surroundings-looking forward to coming back soon.

This is a wonderful campground for tenters or RV people. The owners are friendly and conscientious and really took our needs into consideration. We were three generations camping together with two tents. My granddaughter's loved the swimming hole and watching the stars in the field at night. I loved hearing the river rushing by. Like me, my son and daughter-in-law love the whole camping experience. Restrooms and showers were clean and the campers are friendly and respectful. I couldn't ask for a better place.

Awesome campsite. Definitely a hidden gem. I stayed here for 5 days/4 nights and had an extremely pleasant experience. Clean bathrooms, quiet, serene. There is a swimming area but it’s rocky. Not sure how much swimming one would want to do. The water was high when I was there due to multiple storms. Friendly owners. Great site seeing nearby and two towns are about a 15-20 min drive. I went solely to hike and found awesome trails nearby.

Stayed here for one night and wished we could have stayed longer. Fee was $45 for a large spot with water and electricity. The park is a beautiful area next to a river and the staff is very friendly. The park seemed so welcoming with families and children all around and large fields to play in and run. The facilities had hot showers and were well maintained and clean. Also the park is very close to the main town of Manchester with a lot shopping and sightseeing. Highly recommend this park!
