Poor customer service. We were a group who reserved two spaces. We were discussing around the fireplace until late at night but no abusive noise was made. The next day, our dear agent Francois, came and woke up everyone at 9 AM yelling at us and menacing us to get kicked out if we would stay later than 11 PM. Imagine paying for a service and getting treated this way. Pretty sure he was not supposed to treat us poorly and wake us up at 9 because he had some issues to deal with. The whole day we were not at the camping, we came back, two other agents came and also started to menace us: i forgot to ask her name but the woman was saying that if the people around us would sleep at 9 PM we had to do the same. She also said that if at midnight we would still be awake and they would hear any noise, they would ask us to leave even if we were not in a physical state to drive. All of this to say that if you are not a family, it is not the place for you. Crying babies at night, poor customer service will ruin your weekend. Would not recommend at all

I like camping in Tremblant for access to multiple activities, but I don't really like the grounds. They are often a good size and covered with trees, but I really don't like their gravel surface and it is difficult to find any near the banks.
