Not bad camping overall. We were unlucky with the weather and didn’t expect the clouds to stay between the hills right over the campground, making it extremely humid. Of course, if you have a camper, it won’t be a big problem. A lot of fun for kids. However, there’s a lack of privacy as the campsites are small and very close to each other, with no extra bushes or trees in between. Showers cost 25 cents for 2 minutes, and the toilets tend to be crowded since there are a lot of sites but not that many washrooms. Also, be aware that you can’t leave or enter the campground by car after office hours. We wanted to go for breakfast after a rainy night but couldn’t leave before 8 a.m. Compared to provincial parks we’ve been to, this one feels overpacked with campsites.

This campground is very family oriented with tonnes of activities for kids (pool, playground, games room, lazy river). There is laundry and a small store for basic supplies. Though the campsites are fairly small and close together, it had a good vibe. The rivers that border the camp provide calming white noise at night. The camp ground is close to two mountain biking resorts (Empire 47 and les Sentiers du Moulin).

Lovely campground with good facilities and friendly staff. RV and tenting sites with varying degrees of privacy and some adjacent to the water.

Nice place to go camping as a family! The showers and toilets need some upkeep though.

The place was okay, but I found that compared to camping in Long Sault, this campground wasn’t as good. The grounds were too packed, no privacy whatsoever. If you happen to pitch a tent (which is what we did) next to a bunch of rowdy people, there’s nothing you can really do - too close in proximity. Also, do not take lot 121. It is situated RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE RESTROOMS which means that the lights are going to be on all night long and people will inevitably walk through or across your site to get to it! Had we know how close the bathrooms were, we wouldn’t have agreed to take it. When I called the front desk to enquire about switching lots the next day, they were going to charge me an additional fee! Ridiculous. Besides that, the grounds were clean and had lots of activities for the kids. It would have been great had it not been for the overcrowding and the location of our lot.
