We had a great stay at Camping Tadoussac! Our full hookups site was perfect with amazing views of the water and the village, and everything was well maintained. I didn’t find the sites too small or lacking privacy at all—you just have to remember it’s a popular spot and they’re making sure lots of people can enjoy it. Staff were super friendly, and shoutout to the young guy in the golf cart who kept the facilities really clean. Would definitely come back!

Perfect for family with kids. The lots are a little small however the campground is clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Great view, playground for kids, bathrooms are generally kept clean and really nice welcoming family atmosphere. Will go back again.

As the laundry machine in town was out of order we kindly asked if we could use their washing machine. It was not possible and the way we were treated was very unfriendly. Hopefully it is different for people staying at the camping place

Yikes! This is where you camp when there’s no competition in the area. I would take a Walmart parking lot over this place any day. Sites are packed on top of one another. No privacy or area to relax. The only beautiful spot they have, overlooking the town and water, has been filled with a playground, foreshadowing the unsupervised, screaming kid, pandemonium which is this park. Even mid September. Note for vanlifers: The following information does not relate to the rating this campground was given. The town itself is very vanlife/RV unfriendly. Not allowed to park anywhere except a lot 1.5km from the harbour and it’s $$ to park, of course. We have a van and we fit in a regular parking space but are prohibited from parking anywhere in Tadoussac except the above mentioned lot. Second time trying this town and it will be our last. Go farther up the coast to some truly friendly and beautiful towns. They all run whale watching tours, so you’re not missing anything tourist trap Tadoussac might offer.
