Stayed here for 5 months while working in the area. Nothing but good things to say about the campground and owner. Lots are level and graveled. Has some grass along the edges if you have pets that need walked. Owner is very responsive. Had a leaky hydrant, messaged her and she sent someone out within minutes to repair it. Great for overnight or long term stays.

Great park! We were in town for work, and there aren’t a lot of options in this area but we were actually really happy with our experience here. To be honest, when we first pulled up I wasn’t too sure because it is right off the road and doesn’t look like most rv campgrounds. But hey, if you’re looking for a fancy resort, why are you in Burlington? This park is small and simple, but safe, convenient, a great price, and run by really honest people. Would absolutely stay here again if we were back in the area!

I am always honest on my reviews. For the price I was not happy with this spot. We were in lot 10 which is parallel to the highway and separated by a tree and strip of grass. The road noise was horrible. On the door side we had a plot of what looked like lavender, a building and a dumpster. We had a few questions and attempted to call and email the manager and it took her 3-4 hours to get in touch with us and it wasn't about the questions we called/wrote about. Mind you, it was a quick in/out and on/off the road which was very helpful. But it wasn't worth the $35 a night. Not sure if they do military discount, but that would have softened the blow.

We ended up staying at Campland because our site at Burlington RV Park was double booked. Mistakes happen and we were thankful there was a spot available at Campland as we arrived in the evening and was very tired after a long day journey across Kansas into Colorado. The owner, Lisa owns both campgrounds and she was apologetic for the error. Campland is not near as tidy as the newer Burlington RV Park. We had site 10 which is pull through by the dumpster. Boy, did it smell. I'd recommend a backin site, before staying at site 10. All utilities worked fine and either campground is fine for an overnight stay.

Sad...handful of self service camp spots with poor to no wifi, highway noise, no restrooms or other facilities. All for $30. Not worth it!

This is my first review of a campground. I never felt the need to. But, Lisa is GREAT! Very polite and accommodating. Even sent me a text with directions and a map. This is a nice little campground. Very clean and all of the hook ups look new and work. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars is because no bathroom facilities or laundry. But, I was only here for 2 nights and didn't need them. It's great for a short stay! Thanks again Lisa, you're the best and it's obvious you care about what your campgrounds!

Wonderful facility. Many amenities while being secluded.
