Wonderful place to stay. Well manicured rv park and friendly staff.

I do not recommend this place unless you know how it is to live in an HOA. The management is ridiculous! The rules are outrageous! You have zero freedom with the money you use to pay for the spot you own (which they threaten you with every day if you do something, they don’t like.) The community that lives here is not very friendly. (Our neighbors aren’t very nice) I will say the bats house are very nice, but the water pressure is awful. The water stays hot for a very long time, but there is zero pressure in the woman’s restroom. They have a dog park, which is very spacious and nice. If you have neighbors, they are more concerned about your dogs then you are of your own.(If your dog poops even in your yard pick it up lol or else, your neighbor is gonna scream at you). If you are to have a problem, don’t worry the front desk is no help. There is a younger lady with many tattoos and blonde hair who will do nothing she’ll stare at her phone and not care about you the entire time there’s also an older gentleman who supposedly owns an employees the place Who also does the exact same thing. In nice terms, don’t stay here unless you wanna be harassed or you’re at least 65 or older.

So disappointed in the management of the camp ground. They say they are kid friendly but apparently not.Espically the elderly lady that works the office. Most of the campground is filled by permanent residence. While I was visiting my sister there my nephew's were riding there bikes and the lady was altime saying stuff to them like they were going to fast, needed a light, and then they stepped out of the road to get out of the way of a vehicle and it happened to be on the concrete pad she occupied. She jumped on to them.Seen teenagers standing on the back of golf carts and people driving golf carts while drinking. They really need to address these issues with the lady whom works there it's also the childrens vacation and the spots are paid for just like hers.Should turn it into a retirement camp ground.I am 63 and don't see why kids can't have fun.Rules should apply to all ages.

It's an alright camping spot however, with the lot rents being 700-1500 then an additional electric on top of that is a little too much. You call is a resort and it's far from one

We stayed in a pull-through RV slot not far from the pool. Pool area had bathrooms was clean no large floaties aloud but people had smaller floats. I used a noodle. Wasn't overcrowded. It was right near the water. It was absolutely beautiful. I did not join have my grandchildren here but my they would have loved the splash pool. Golf carts were permitted. Marina was close by as were stores and restaurants. Not far off highways. This was a gated secure RV park and I felt very safe.
