We reserved and received confirmation to stay in the lodge. Upon checking in, our room was not in the lodge, but in the Sunset Motel. The desk person said this happens sometimes; no other explanation and no credit. We get to the motel and our door is held open by damp and dirty towels. Room was okay. Our door keys stopped functioning at approximately 9:15am on the day of checkout, although checkout is 11:00am. I don’t suggest staying here, although I do suggest eating at their restaurant. Excellent food and restaurant staff.

We needed to upgrade from tent to cabin last minute due to weather and they were readily accommodating. Cabin was clean except for a few dried bugs on the wall or window sils. Bathrooms were clean and private. Store/small lodge was warm on a cold day and accommodating. All in all a really nice experience. Would stay again

Very good position. Nice and kind lady at reception for check in. If you arrive late, you find your documents in a box outside the office, so no issues. Clean restrooms and showers. Dump station close enough to parking lots.

The location is convenient to Red Canyon, Bryce Canyon National Park and scenic Byway 12. The office was closed a lot during the day when we had questions. The laundry room has one washer and it is $6.50 per load. The “courtesy” wifi is only for 24 hours but that isn’t noted on the information given at check in and wasn’t mentioned by the staff at check in. When my husband went to ask about it, the office was closed. There isn’t any AT&T or T-Mobile cell service. We checked out two days early and were going to inform the staff but again, when we departed at 11:10AM, the office was closed. The sites are well spaced and most are pull-through. The price was okay, at $45/night.

This RV park overall was great. I thought the location was good. Close to Bryce canyon, close to Kodachrome basin, set in amazing scenery. 2 small things that weren't my fave. 1. The site was small (big enough for my camper and most of my car), not a deal breaker and most other campers complained about the tight quarters as well. 2. Only 24 hours of free inter and the you had to pay 5 dollars a day. That I talked to the site manager about and it's something, I hope, they were working to fix. Overall my experience was great. The pool was small but usable and being close to multiple parks was a perk.
