Miss Deborah is absolutely amazing. This is a very beautiful place to stay. The prices are extremely Fair. In the atmosphere is just amazing. I feel no negativity from any of my neighbors. I have a good feeling this is a place I want to go home for a very long time.. it's a real gem and I'm a very lucky lady!! It's been over a month now and I still feel the same! Still love it here!

I've lived in many different places but I have never felt as at home and happy as I do in this place. It's incredibly affordable because the utilities and internet are included in the price and each space is usually at least twice as big as a normal space in most RV parks. Not to mention, my neighbors are very friendly and I have made some very close friendships. On top of that, the owners are like family to all of us. I had to move away for a while because of my son, but when he left, the first thing I wanted to do was come back here. That told me everything that I needed to know. This place is one in a million, and it has truly become my home.

There is no where else on earth I would rather be. I love this peaceful place and all the amazing people who live here. It is blessing to wake up here every morning and get to have coffee by the pond.

Canyon cove RV park is a gorgeous place to live. Lots of great oak trees and two ponds with running streams spring feed . I love it here and plan to spend the rest of my days here as long as. God let's me stay on this earth. The people here are great. I have gotten a lot of new Friends since moving here. It's a good, old country park.

I have not stayed here. But I’m gonna rate this RV park a 5 !! As I’m searching for a monthly rate . I came across it ! Gotta love the reviews! & got to love the owner’s response from the negative reviews 😂 That I even got out bed and made myself a cup of hot coffee ☕️ 😂 at 4am 😂 things got interesting 😂 He says it like it is !😂 & he will call you out for being a Lying 🤥 snake 🐍 ! And he’s right it’s all about SAFETY!! Don’t like it ! Don’t bother or waste their time!! 😂some negative reviews won’t hurt his business 😁 love love everything about this park !! The SAFETY measures he takes for his customers!! 😄 can’t wait to spend a day or two here 😂

Pet friendly for friendly pets / A great family getaway location This RV park is a quiet scenic hideaway tucked into the Guadalupe River Valley and just across the street from Overlook Park at Canyon Dam. Canyon City and the neighboring villages are easily accessible and have everything you need. New Braunfels and Gruene are just minutes away for specialty items and fantastic restaurants. Tubing on the Guadalupe is just down the road a bit and plenty of live Americana music venues around here on the weekends. Most of the sites in the park have partial to full shade in summer. The park also has a beautiful winding creek flowing through tall trees and limestone rocks feeding two ponds. Fireflies are abundant in those quiet summer evenings. There are quite a few folks that live here but you'd never know it, everyone we've met is friendly, helpful... not a place for rabble rousers. The owners are wonderful and caring people who have been working very hard over the past few years to transform this place from what it once was before they took it over into the safe delightful getaway it is now. They have been doing a good job of vetting the long term folks - something the previous owners DID NOT do. The owners are very discerning people, they can sense when something isn't right about a person. Sometimes seedy folks show up at the office with their crazy dogs and try to rent a spot - they get shown the gate. This place is pet friendly for friendly pets - not your untrained pit bull mixed breeds. This is not one of those fancy touristy parks with all the bells and whistles. Its rustic, homey, and ALL Texas. Personally, I prefer it that way. If you are looking for a long term place to park your rig or a place to get away from all the hubbub - this is it.

Beautiful, peaceful and serene park! Most campers are long-term so it's like a small community set back from the rest of the world! They have monthly Meet and Eats, holiday gatherings and worship services! There is a stocked pond to fish, a running stream that wanders through the park and a 20-acre hiking wilderness! And the rate at $430 month that includes electricity--can't be beat! *I would give it a 5* but it has no amenities whatsoever :( Hopefully the new owners are working on changing that! :))

Great lake to boat, jet ski, swim, kayak, fish and party. You can find great cabins rentals around the area or you can also find numerous RV parks close to the lake. Some RV parks even have full septic hook ups, Canyon Cove, with water and electricity. Ask where Party Cove is located at. Boats tie off to each other, share music and have festivities for folks of all ages.
