Updated review to 1 star. Shared my feedback with the front desk staff and they could care less if their guests are comfortable or not. Cheap owners. Do not stay here! My wife and I booked caboose #2. Charming, neat, good location. However, the bed was very uncomfortable. We both woke up stiff and did not sleep well. Also, pool was closed. No mention of that online. Bottom line: invest in some new beds! If the beds aren’t comfortable, there is no point in booking the hotel.

I have stayed here in my RV multiple times over the last two years, and I have always enjoyed my stay. All of the sites are large giving space between the rigs, which is nice, most parks cram too many rigs in making it feel like the suburbs. The staff are friendly and the park is clean. Plenty of room to walk the dogs.

We did not stay in one of their rooms, we stayed in their RV Park. The park seems to be very run down. Where we were parked, our view was other RVs that were parked for storage. This could have been because our RV is 43' and needs a bigger spot. If we were to return, I would request a different spot. The particular spot we had, had a small water leak, so there was a continuous mud puddle and river of water. They advertised an indoor pool. Yes, there was an indoor pool, but was closed for the season. I thought the whole idea of an indoor pool was that it could be used year around. That was a disappointment for my grandson. The grounds were not maintained. The trash cans were overflowing and animals had gotten into them and made a mess! I never saw anyone clean it up. There was trash everywhere. I also never saw any kind of employee anywhere around the grounds for maintenance or security. I did see a van once delivering towels to some of the rooms. My son used their laundry room. The washing machine was dirty and had a very musty, moldy smell to it. Yuck. The park served it's purpose and was the cheaper of the nearby options. Now we know why. If you are looking for a place just to stop for the night, this place would suffice.

Such a unique and cute spot. I stayed in the train car for two days and it was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Very close to lots of things to see and do (especially hiking for me). Very close to downtown Williams, as well, so that was nice and convenient. The woman at the front office was great and, overall, just a wonderful experience! Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m driving through!

I had an amazing experience here. The office receptionist was incredibly accommodating and helped us get settled warmly into our room. Our teen daughters, 14 and 17 can be incredibly picky, but they loved the bunk beds and rustic feeling. I loved listening to them laugh, while my husband and I enjoyed the front part of the caboose and original signs. For some crazy reason, and after researching online, I did not think the caboose/railcar had a shower/tub. They do, but I had packed towels thinking we’d get to experience the bath house as a bonus, ha. For the price, you absolutely can not beat this place! I loved great experiences and this park offered just that. Nice, calm, relaxing time and a location that I’d love to visit again in the future.
