We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cabins in the back of the lot. We had a cabin on the side by the forest, which was really enjoyable. (There were many mosquitos but that is expected😊) The room was VERY clean and COOL. Our original reservation didnt say air conditioning, but after a week camping in the desert, that was a GIFT. I religiously check for bed bugs because I get severe reactions and it looked pristine. There were some minor things that were not in order but did not ruin the experience. Overall, the rental was a great find and we were really thankful for such a clean, inviting place. The staff was pleasant and hard working. They take care of anything that is not working properly. We were surprised that our reservation was in a motel and rv park as it was not described that way online. We were also surprised that the buildings were split in half but were not bothered by it. The train or the highway nosies did not bother us. Again, it was a really great find and a beautiful place! Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here while heading home. The spaces, 1 through 5, can accommodate long and wide RVs. We have a 2021 Ram 3500 long bed and 40ft bumper pull. We were in space 2 and had plenty of room to park and put our 3 slides out. Could easily park a sedan front and back without issues. Just a heads up the connections are all at the back of the site. So park accordingly or plane on having long hoses and cord. The grounds were clean all around. The pool area is OK. Needs more ventilation foe being indoors. There were floor fans but definitely had to open a door and place a fan to help vent the area. The water is nice and warm. The front desk area was OK. My wife went to ask a question and although door was open and sign said open she had to leave a voice message. The desk staff was almost non-existent. They say there is Wi-fi but also not that it is not guaranteed. It didnt connected although showed Good strength. This would be a great "base camp" while off exploring the Grand Canyon, William's or Slide Rock State Park.

We stayed in the RV park for a couple days. The washer and dryer worked great and it was a great location! The price was good, but not for the amenities. The bathrooms only had toilet paper one time in the 3 days we were there. The bathrooms had a cleaning foam or maybe shaving cream all over the walls and in the cracks of the seats all 3 days. There was hair all in the drains as well. The reason why we booked here was for the pool that was advertised online. The pool was closed when we got there for the season, it was July. This information should be posted on your website. The manager never called back after calling 3 times. We would have went to a different place that offered activities for kids, but they said absolutely no refunds. We would not go back here and were highly disappointed with the false advertisement.

Stayed at the cabin here. Has a tiny home vibe. Great location, excellent value for a family with small kids. They loved hanging out in the loft. My boy loves the Movie "Cars" and this place has a "Tow'Mater." The town of Williams has good food and a cool vibe. The pool was under maintenance which was a bummer. Still a great value!

Updated review to 1 star. Shared my feedback with the front desk staff and they could care less if their guests are comfortable or not. Cheap owners. Do not stay here! My wife and I booked caboose #2. Charming, neat, good location. However, the bed was very uncomfortable. We both woke up stiff and did not sleep well. Also, pool was closed. No mention of that online. Bottom line: invest in some new beds! If the beds aren’t comfortable, there is no point in booking the hotel.
