1.I am here when the leaves are falling. They hire a company to collect them using a high-powered blower. The day after I washed my trailer and vehicle, I witnessed a person blowing leaves, dirt, and dust through my site. Needless to say, my RV and car were entirely covered in dirt/dust, and the cement pad was also full of dirt. I also have items I haul inside my RV, which had dirt blown into it, and the picnic table we had just wiped down was again full of dust. I brought this to the attention of the manager, who seemed uninterested. Even if they offered to come and blow the dirt off my things and the cement pad, I would have been okay. I don't get their attitude. The manager never said “sorry” or offered to help clean things. 2. It happened again, so this is the second time I have had to go wash my vehicle because of your leaf collection process. And the dust I saw him blow on my neighbour's rv was awful.

I had a nice stay in the tent camping area. It's a nice area away from the packed in RV area. Only a few other sites had people in them and it was nice and quiet except for the din of the highway not far away. It was centrally located and I was able to walk to the restaurants and downtown from the campsite. Lots of trees provided shade, it felt remote even though it was right in town, I was surprised that there is a place like this right in town. The pool was a nice feature, and the water was a great refreshing temperature, much warmer than I had expected. I do have a few complaints that I think campers should be aware of. The advertised price is $30 a night, which is a nice price for the location, but what you don't find out until you go to reserve your spot is that there is a $35 flat "site lock" fee, not sure what that was for, and also an additional $30 per night resorts fee. That brought my nightly fee to $63/night. Still cheaper than a hotel. But, there isn't a bathroom or showers in the tent area, so you have to walk through the RV area to get to one. There are porta-potties to use, they were clean, but the hand sanitizer was always empty. I was told there would be wifi available in the tent sites, but I couldn't connect, and there isn't any electricity in the area to plug in devices, no big deal as I was camping. There is also a hotel next door that has flood lights on all night, so it feels like dawn all night long. But I feel at the price they are charging, there should be a bathroom and showers in the tent camping area.

The Sun Outdoors Downtown Moab was perfect for my wife’s and my travel. We were able to walk to all of our guides, as well as enjoying restaurants and brewery is downtown. The campsite was busy, but never loud, and we could enjoy lounging around our camper van. I will say the automatic car wash nearby needs to be tuned out or turned down; I now know exactly when to place my car in park. Otherwise, it’s quite pleasant! The staff was easy to work with and friendly. Liam and Kelsey made check-in simple & helped us get settled. Bathroom amenities were clean and well cared for. Highly recommend!

We stayed in our Trailer. It was walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. The pad was level and it was quiet. There are a lot of mature trees that provide a lot of shade. There are ball fields next to it, but we never heard any noise from them. They have a nice, clean restroom facility. They have a gas station and general store on site. It was simple, basic, clean, and convenient.

A campsite conveniently located in the city center, which is very practical. Unfortunately, it sits right next to the road, so the pitches closest to it can be a bit noisy. On top of that, being near the pool adds some extra noise, especially at the end of the day. That said, the sanitary facilities are clean and spacious, and the welcome at reception is warm and friendly. I would definitely come back — but next time, I’ll be sure to ask for a quieter pitch.

We booked this place at the last minute, and it wasn't overwhelmingly expensive. Full RV hookups and picnic tables on each site. The showers were clean and warm. It was right by downtown Moab, and quite convenient to get to either of the national parks. The only downside is that you can hear the school bell from the high school next door in the mornings.

This was a great campground, with really nice individual spots. After just a little bit of begging, they really helped me out of a jam as well. I will definitely come here again. Everything was clean and tidy and the bathrooms were nice as well.

This was a great campground. It was very clean and very quiet. I was worried about road noise, but didn't have any issues with it. The rates are very reasonable and there are plenty of amenities including a City Market that's about a block away. My only complaint with the campground is that the only place to park the tow vehicles was in front of or behind the trailers which made the throughways a bit tight in some places.

This place was great! Gas station at the entrance, lots of trees, and the showers/bathroom was very well kept. Would recommend 100%

Loved my stay here. A very peaceful place. Met nice polite people everywhere I went from Laundry and the pool. I felt very safe with regards to crime. Toilets and Showers are super clean. Staying in a cabin was super nice. Laundry room was nice and I will definitely return. Only problem now is I’m not there. Moab is definitely a place to see. Staying at this site is lovely and so much nicer than a hotel. Only problem is I wish I was still there. Moab has such lovely colors and structures plus there are petroglyphs along the Highway. A must see place. Great for Adults, Children and Dogs!
