Do not recommend. They sold me a car that had a bad alternator, it stopped in the middle of the road 3 days after purchase. Once they “fixed” it (took a week) I picked it up to see the power steering lights were still on in the car just like it was when the car malfunctioned. I called back to let them know and was told “just drive the car and if it doesn’t cut off on you like it did before then you’re fine” I should not have any dash lights on when the car is on, and I don’t appreciate being spoken to like I’m stupid and don’t know what I’m talking about. I will not be doing business with them again and will not refer anyone after I contact corporate offices.

I will start off by saying DO NOT GO TO THE CAR MART OF MUSCLE SHOALS!!!The Car Mart of Cullman is WELL worth the ride if you live in the shoals area or surrounding area.The corporate Car Mart is very attentive to issues and will do all in there power to solve any issues you may have as they did me.Cullman store is top notch customer service and has an extremely kind and outgoing rep named Joe Joe who assisted me along with Hugh Butler as the manager who put me in a real nice vehicle at an affordable rate.My hats off to these guys.Muscle Shoals,we'll let's just say that I was raised under the slogan,if you can't say something nice about someone don't say it at all.

Everyone was great with answering any questions I had! You’re able to test drive any vehicles on the lot once they get a copy of your drivers license and insurance. They also provide cookies and gummies for exhausted toddlers which is a plus for moms. I’ll definitely get another car here in the future! 🙂
