The atmosphere is notably quiet and community-oriented, reflecting the lifestyle of a well-established Southern California neighborhood where long-term residents and seasonal visitors coexist peacefully.
Location & Surroundings
Situated just off the legendary Historic Route 66, the park places visitors in a highly convenient spot for exploring the Inland Empire and the greater Los Angeles area. The backdrop features the dramatic peaks of the San Gabriel Mountains, providing a beautiful natural contrast to the urban convenience of Azusa. With quick access to the 210 Foothill Freeway, guests can easily navigate the region, whether heading toward the high desert or the Pacific coast.
Amenities & Park Features
The park focuses on providing essential comforts to ensure a functional and stress-free stay. Guests can typically find full hookup connections, which include water, sewer, and electricity to accommodate modern rigs. On-site laundry facilities are available to make extended stays more convenient, while the paved interior roads allow for easier navigation through the community. The park is managed with an emphasis on cleanliness and order, catering to those who appreciate a tidy living space.
Nearby Attractions & Things to Do
Nature enthusiasts will appreciate being so close to the Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area, a popular spot for hiking, fishing, and cycling. For those interested in local academics or sports, the park is just minutes away from the Azusa Pacific University campus and Citrus College. A short drive north leads directly into the Angeles National Forest, where winding mountain roads offer breathtaking vistas and access to some of the best hiking trails in Southern California.
Who This Park Is Best For
This location is ideal for travelers who prefer a low-key residential vibe over a high-energy resort atmosphere. It is particularly well-suited for digital nomads working in the San Gabriel Valley, visiting families of local college students, or those needing a centralized home base while exploring the diverse landscape of Los Angeles County. If you value a quiet night's sleep and proximity to local services, this park is an excellent fit for your travel style.

Living here is really nice.

Living here has been very nice the past year! It's off of Gladstone but once you enter the community it is very quiet, I can walk my dog without any worries. I also like most of the neighbors. Just like anywhere there are a few people that make you question if you're the problem or if they are- but most of the neighbors are very kind and respectful. No complaints! Thankful for the management here and the space rent pricing.

Park manager is great, Veronica. Great location and space rent value is like 900 a month, low compared to most places.

Management is out for themselves! Owners beware do not sell and have the manger inspected your home,! The management won't let you sell or out of your lease. We had to sell to a company to remove the mobile home to get out of our responsibility of the lease. Spc.82
