Don't trust this company. I normally never leave negative reviews, but there's a limit. They claimed to be VERY capable of installing a solar system to make our trailer self-sufficient = catastrophic. Everything had to be redone: spliced wires, wrong gauge wires, poor connection, no deadlines met, return calls... what return calls...? Honestly, choosing another company is your best bet to save your investment. We bitterly regret our experience with Samuel Gagnon, the owner of Caravanes les Promenades.

Very disappointed. If my boyfriend hadn't picked up the trailer, I don't know how we would have managed our camping trip this summer! Leaking air conditioning, awning that only works once out of three, no cleaning before picking it up... I don't recommend it at all. He's a big talker, but a small doer!!!

We've had a trailer for a long time and I thought I knew a lot. The Caravane Les Promenades team showed us so many things that we thought were correct. One of the best services I have seen in years. Very conscientious of a job well done. Congratulations and good luck. We should have other good merchants like you in Quebec.

Very bad experience in short !! After making an offer that was declined we accepted the ask and display price! We were called back to tell us that now the price was $ 1,500 more ??? How to run a trade like this! I do not recommend !!

Solar Installation and Annual Maintenance. Each year I have Samuel and his team prepare my RV for the summer and fall rv season. This year was no except: Bearings, Tire rotation this year the expert installation of my 2x 250 watt solar panels, 4 x T105's 6v series parallel with a MPPT charge controller with a Xantrex HFS inverter charger. Top Shelf install !!! Image no generator and 110v (except the air conditioner). This company knows RV's. Many thanks Collin
