Camp ground as a whole is very nice. Shady with good distances between camping spots. Sandy spot next to the bathrooms to set up volleyball nets. My only gripe is camp site 9, don't rent number 9. The entire thing is on a hill and very un even. A nightmare if you're tent camping.

Great campground for smaller sized campers who use a single site. We reserved group Site 2. The whole site is set on a hill side which it does not say anything about. It says it will hold 15 vehicle but that would never happen. You would all be stacked domino style in a small parking lot. The “group” area is downhill about 30-40 feet. The tables need some extra help also. The site says it will hold 75 people but it does not have the space for that many. I would only recommend this site if you plan on tenting it and no RVs. But a not many tents.

This campground was absolutely perfect! It was clean, well taken care of, beautiful, and how they got the bathrooms to smell clean I'll never know but always appreciate. The host of the campground was also super nice and does a great job taking care of it. I would definitely stay here again!

Had the place to ourselves. Very quiet and beautiful campground. Had a creek running through it. Definitely will be back later in the season when we can hit the trails.

Been camping up here my entire life. I love it up here. They have flush toilets and running water. The tent sites have enough room between them that you feel apart from other campers. Most of the sites are big enough for a trailer as well. Many fun memories

On of my favorite places to camp. Quiet and off the road. Running water and flush toilets. Good size fire pits and plenty of firewood if you are willing to look for it. The campground host was great and managed the kids riding dirt bikes. Plenty of squirrels and chipmunks. Very clean campsites. Would recommend making reservations as it fills up in the weekends.

This is a great campground to come camping with kids. When we went it was pretty empty and very relaxing. Our kids loved riding their bikes up and down the paved roads. Having water and a flushing bathroom was a nice plus. The camp host was friendly also and made sure we didn’t need anything. It’s also close to bear lake which we loved! Will be staying here again.

The campground itself is great. Lots of trees for shade, little creeks, and close to Bear Lake. The problem is the camp hosts. I reserved 2 spaces one for our fifth wheel and another for my brother car camping. My beother wouldn’t arrive until around 7pm so I parked my car in there. The camp hosts came and knocked on our trailer door asking if we would give up our spot for another couple. But I wouldn’t get a refund for the spot I paid for, I would just be letting them have it. I said no. I thought that was a little rude but ignored it. Then the next morning we left for bear lake. One spot had the trailer and one spot was FAIRLY empty due to car camping and driving that car to bear lake. We came back around 7 pm in a torrential downpour. Come to find out they had told another couple they could take our spot while we were gone. This family had completely set up camp in our spot and now it’s was raining and no one was going to move. I was told “Because we left and they’re allowed to do that.” I wanted a refund for the reservation if my family couldn’t stay in their spot we reserved for two nights. They refused. So my family had no where to stay after all day at the lake and they had to drive home about 4 hours in the pouring rain. They didn’t get home until around 1am. Really ruined the trip. We also didn’t get back some of the camp chairs we left at the campsite for when we came back. The sad part is there’s multiple poor reviews of these camp hosts on recreation.gov Please just get some decent camp hosts for the love!!!

Seriously Beautiful campground. We did have a hard time maneuvering our vehicles with boats in tow due to rocks and trees sticking out into the small roads. (A trailer was dented unfortunately) Would love to see that cleared up. Also, setting up tents was difficult since there were no level spots anywhere. Our group had 5 sites and no one had a level spot for their tents. Also, in case anyone is wondering, there is ZERO WiFi / cell reception for about 30 minutes. It’s nice to shut off from normal life, but if you work like I do online, this was tricky.
