This Seasonal campground is a hidden gem along the Moira River. Minutes outside Belleville, close to Foxboro. It is a smaller campground set off the highway with decent sized sites. Very quiet, even on long weekends. I've often found myself sitting out, enjoying nature around me, forgetting I was just off the highway. More activities than some of the larger seasonal campgrounds we've been to, including potlucks, live bands, bingo, duck race... Out of all the campgrounds we've been to, Carlton Cove is by far the best. The owners address any issues as they arise, and like all campgrounds they have rules to follow. We only wish we found this campground sooner.

Our own personal experience. We have camped seasonal for 3 years. If you follow the rules and guidelines and rules enforced by the owners, you will not have any issues. This park is very accessible to amenities, the Moira River is lovely for kayaking. There are bands on long weekends, pot lucks, fishing tournaments, cornhole tournaments, Bingo. Large lots. Any question’s we have had, are always responded to quickly. For the cost of seasonal camping the Cove suite our needs.

Do NOT go to this park. You will and can get kicked out for no reason. You say something the owner doesn’t like and you are evicted. He is NOT a man of his word. He will tell you that your trailer is good in the park for 3 yrs just to turn around a few months later and tell you to get out in 2 weeks. After spending money to fix their property, putting in the trailer etc. This park can not be trusted. Go elsewhere and save yourself money. Edit: My review is 100% the truth and all the owner has to say is “you didn’t camp here, so remove it” My parents did and I watched them poor money into YOUR property and once they were done the owner kicked them out. They are in their 70’s!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself. They met friends and had a wonderful time with them. I didn’t realize that kayaking, bonfires, card games, cornhole etc were acts of racism or discrimination. So if you like to have fun, go elsewhere.

Just finished my 1 st season here.....wish I had found it years ago!! Have a large riverfront site. Very peacefull and QUIET. Nice neighbours,I have been seasonal camping for over 40 yrs and this is the BEST. The owners are very helpfull as is George!!! They have activities every weekend and bingo. Rate is reasonable and rules are upfront and definetly fair. Would highly recommend this park!! Especially if you enjoy peace & quiet!!!

Excellent campsite! This community is very well kept and well managed. The owners are extremely helpful and very friendly. Annual fees are very reasonable. It’s quiet and there’s a great community feeling and the campers are great neighbours. The staff is fantastic too. There’s a community centre with plenty of organized events. Only 5 minutes outside of Belleville on a beautiful river. Highly recommend this place.
