2025. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!! Me and my boyfriend have been staying here on and off for three years now. Mr. Bell is rude, crude and nasty person. He has no problem telling you to get out or leave if you’re not doing what he thinks you should. Me and a friend were just out walking our dog’s one nice day and he drove by us stopped rolled down his window and sternly asked us where we live and who are we and we better not let our dogs roam free. We also had company come to visit, we were going to Myrtle Beach Bike Week he stopped and got out of his vehicle and said he didnt want any biker party’s here and started complaining about our motorcycles and our extra company. We were just sitting there getting ready to go. I say WTH??? He is so rude. And lord help you if you have things in your yard. Like a doggie fence, $25 extra for everything you put up. So beware of these things and definitely read the fine print on contract. He has jacked up prices and is absolutely ridiculous, he will measure your camper and extra hundred bucks if you’re over 39 feet. So many BAD things about this place. All because he wants his way. It’s a crying shame I had to write a bad review cause I loved this place and the people in it at one point in time. You’re definitely a MEAN one Mr. Bell.

DO NOT STAY!!!!!!!! this park tells you one thing and does another. they avertise 650 a month well this is true if you 30 amp if your 50 amp its 700 then if your over 39ft its 800 and when your not home the old man will enter your lot and walk off the length and you can prove to him that its not over 39 ft with registration and he dont care. he is a very mean and stalks the campground daily mutliple times a day and will harass you over lights in your lot and also charge you even more for a canopy or dog fence. one time he came into our lot and harassed us for having a party when we had our daughter and grandkids come to visit. if you argue with the old man its an immediate eviction its in the small print of your contract. it also says you have up to 150 in electric but dont have no meters to track it. there is absolutley no ammenities exept for the free laundry that the machines looked like they came off the titantic and no hot water along with very hard water that turns your clothes colors. the wifi dont work at all he will come and look in your shed thats provided to see what you have in it. you will get harassed on a daily basis. DO NOT STAY WAY BETTER PLACES TO GO IT ABSOLUTEY THE WORST

We stayed here for a month and had a great experience. We went back and picked out the lot and no problem. Fast forward two months and the owner Mr. Bell started harassing us first because my grandkids had left their bikes in front of the RV when they came in to eat. Then I had a small bag of trash sitting beside my steps and went back to grab my laundry basket and he stopped and was being very rude, I told him that I had sat it there for me to go back inside to get my laundry basket. Now mind you I have never once had any issues with the office manager or any employees working there. The next night I had a call from Mr Bell whom I had never met in almost 4 months. This time telling me that my RV was too old for his park and just straight up being rude as crap. My RV is older but it’s still very nice for the age.He continues to say things and talked to me in a way I have never experienced. I called the office manager who said that was how he was and he had been sick and feeling under the weather and now that he was feeling better , he’s back out looking for things to complain about and she was sorry for his behavior. I had been told by others how he was but I was assured that he was no longer in charge that they had new owners and even met them. Needless to say I am no longer there and wouldn’t recommend staying there as long as Bell is in charge. If Bell wasn’t there I would have definitely recommended staying there.

The new owners have really done a great job. They are building something great. Great staff, clean lodging, and overall great experience. We will be coming back

Absolute worst place ever. Owner came and cut the grass in the area we were renting, ran over my husband's golf club and ball that shot out and hit our camper causing damage. I went outside after I heard the bang, he's dragging one of our chairs while still mowing and he is yelling telling me to move our vehicles or he was going to charge us extra if he had to come back and mow after we were gone. I told him we had no idea he would be cutting the grass in the rented area with all our stuff outside and that something hit our RV. He said well you should have come out and moved your things when you heard me. I told him we never stayed here before and never heard of anyone mowing this close to someone's personal property. He told me i was arguing with him and I could leave now I told him we weren't leaving. He then proceeded to mow the lot near us that was not mowed in a year and dusted us out. Everything was covered in dirt. I will be filling a claim for damage. No WiFi, No cell phone reception either! No laundry mat unless you're a long time renter. Ponds are a joke . This man should not be in business.
