DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The staff at the office was friendly. When we checked into our cabin, one of the first things we noticed was the “couch” (rag-tag futon) was broken. When I notified the front office they immediately moved us to another cabin. That cabin had a refrigerator that leaked, broken flooring, mold in the bathroom, and mold around the kitchen sink area. Once I noticed this I immediately checked out, asked for a full refund (only got the unused nights back) and went to a hotel. For over $240 a night, my family and I WILL NOT live in a mold infested cabin and settle with broken furniture that my dog wouldn’t sleep on. No one from the office has contacted me or made any attempt to make things right. BTW, the hotel was only $150 a night and came with clean rooms, free hot breakfast, and an even friendlier staff. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Location is awesome, shuttle provided if you don't want to drive or pay for parking, tvs in every room and wifi provided. Also kitchenet which is great for li get stays. My only issue was our cabins bathroom was crawling with giant black ants. We were only staying a single night and when mentioned to staff at the desk they simply said they would let cleaning know.

Family weekend, there were 8 of us and I booked the lodge- the largest cabin. Very campy(which is fine it’s a campground) needs some deep cleaning , couch was broken, lots of spider webs and bed bugs the bunk bed room of the dining area. Our son and his friend had bites all over their backs. I told the front desk about the broken couch and the bed bugs- no compensation was offered and they didn’t seem to really care. I have sent an email about this and no one has reached out to me but I will be making phone calls today.

Its a nice place . No fancy luxurious RV resort but it has potential . The airplane traffic is out of anyone's control so I won't complain about it, but its a lot. The one side has next to no grass. Flat asphalt sites, but mud/dirt everywhere in between. The other side has full-time RVs. This is where management is fully responsible. Theres campers that look like they have been in the park for decades. 1970 campers with tarps over roofs, holes in walls, trees growing in their gutters, and junk everywhere. Looks like a F-in homeless camp. A few yiu could smell the filth just by walking near them. Theres easily a dozen of these "full time" dumps that I can only imagine who lives in these. All while people's kids are playing around these things. In the morning, i witnessed homeless on bikes enter through the back gate and use the bath houses. I can't imagine for the price of these sites and the proximity to the amusement park they can't keep up on this place. Especially in this are where RV parks are scarce.

Love to listen to your windows shake at night? Want your small children to be up until midnight because of a speaker war party going on directly behind your cabin? This is the place for you! Let me say the positives: our cabin was the perfect size if you’re just looking for a place to sleep after a long day in the park. Clean. Shuttle to a from park is great. Front desk was not super knowledgeable about the actual park but helped us as much as they could. Negatives: the only negatives from the cabin itself were that we didn’t have a shower head and no complimentary toiletries provided which I feel is pretty standard for a resort style rental. Location: night 1. At the time of check in around 8:30 pm extremely loud music was playing around the cabin. When escorted to the cabin we were told by staff, “oh yeah it’s a warehouse parking lot behind us. It can sometimes go on until 1 or 2 am every Friday and Saturday night. Earplugs and hope for the best.” This music continued until around 11 the windows were shaking from the bass of the music. we had enough and went outside finding other campers outside their rentals as well calling the police. Tried to find a hotel for the night as we have small children needing to sleep but best was $300 a night downtown and we almost took it but decided to see if it would stop. We went to the security office and they stated they had called already. Around 11:30 pm the music turned off. Day 2: discussed with campground check in that this was a very large issue as it being a family campground with small children. We were told that emails had been sent to management already that were kindly dismissed as an off-property problem. Night 2: we thought we had lucked up but at 10 pm music began again this time shaking the cabin to the point of soap falling into the sink. Police called again by many campers and music off around 11:30 again. This being an ongoing problem, I would not stay here again due to the simple fact we were only staying there as a place to sleep which was hard to obtain. City ordinance daytime 8 am-11 pm noise is no greater than 85 decibels and no greater than 65 decibels after 11 pm. This far surpassed these and I hated bothering police with such a trivial problem but it was clear that was our only option.
