We had our wedding here on October 4th. The whole experience was wonderful. The Casa Blanca team was exceptional. Aleana, the Sales Director, is spectacular, along with her entire team. We are very grateful for all their support. 100% recommended in terms of hospitality, price, and food. Good facilities, perfect space for our ceremony. We love Casa Blanca and its entire team.

Update: really now rooms are $200 a night? How egregious…. Wow. I’ve been coming here since I was a child with my family 1997. It was always a wonderful, affordable family friendly resort. Not anymore! * The room’s refrigerators are now gone (unless you want to pay $15 a day for one) * The hot tub looks like it’s functioning fine but is “under maintenance” blocked off with yellow tape * the grass areas AND the tennis area are all blocked off with yellow tape for whatever reason * pool closes at 8:00 yet around 7:30 they shut down half the pool with a rope. They rent out the pool to people who want to party on weekends. It’s not just for hotel guests anymore. * waited at the towel service desk for towels and wristbands. Nobody ever showed up even after having left and come back and so we didn’t receive our towels. * no pool floats allowed anymore * witnessed folks in the elevator complaining they had to move rooms due to a leaking roof. * the televisions in the rooms are a joke. So grainy and useless. You get better quality of local television channels in a hospital waiting room. * when booking, the emails wouldn’t go through. They said there’s something wrong with the email System. No emails are ever responded to. * 2:00 AM leaking water set off the entire resort’s emergency system. Speakers in every room and hallway blared and with intermittent sirens for almost one hour. It was horrible. They said it was due to water leaks. Is it new management?! This place has gone absolutely down hill the span of one summer. Wouldn’t even consider staying if I hadn’t received a free night’s stay with a coupon. And definitely don’t plan on coming back. Use to be a wonderful resort. Now it’s just commercialized for weekend pool parties. Greed greed greed.

It’s nice. But I feel like it’s kinda limited in terms of dining and gambling. I wish they had more IGT triple pop slots. I do like some of their old machines and video slots. Rooms are cool, bed is alright, though not the best. Bathroom is awesome. On the plus side they tier match and I got the top card so I am satisfied. Didn’t try the bar zero proof drinks but maybe next time it would be sweet like the cruises. Hopefully my offers are awesome like my families. Free play, gifts, dining credit, and especially rooms. Their suites look great. Promos could be better

We had our wedding at the Casablanca this weekend and it was amazing! I had a bungalow so not a remodeled room but if you’re a bride or going for a special occasion definitely get the bungalow. I did not get to see one of the remodel rooms, but the rooms that my family had were still beautiful. The gazebo was amazing for the wedding fountain was empty, but it did not make a difference. We had the castaway room for our reception and it was beautifully decorated very roomy very cozy and the food was beyond spectacular. The chefs did an amazing job. We had salmon and pork chops and fried chicken and the best brussel sprouts in my life I could go on and on, but it was definitely something for the books and we will definitely be back for a one year anniversary

We have been coming here for 15 years. They recently did some remodeling. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and absolutely loved it. The beds were super comfortable and the new shower was a much needed upgrade. The cafe still serves great food at a decent price but the hostess could use some more training. The cafe is much smaller and couldn't accommodate all the people waiting to get a table. Huge shoot out to Erika and Felicia, our waitress. They both were amazing and gave us top notch service. One big disappointment was the coffee and ice cream shop is gone. I used to love coming down the elevators and grabbing some coffee to head back to my room to finish getting ready for the day. It was convenient. Really hope management considers bringing that back. The spa was absolutely amazing and I have to say Raven is the BEST massage therapist. Prices at the spa have gone up. Which is a downside but over all the vibe is great despite the changes. I really hope management see this and considers bringing back the coffee and ice cream shop and open up the cafe with more seating. Lower the spa prices.
