We just arrived here's we haven't explored much yet but it is clean and a nice looking campground. Not exactly big rig friendly. The spots are long enough for a 40' 5th wheel but the roads are narrow so it take a lot to get into them.. it can be done if all the stars align.

DO NOT VISIT IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE DOG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO WALK YOUR DOG ON THE PROPERTY. WHY???? IDK!!!!????? Do not recommend!!!!!!!

Love this place!! The staff are all super nice & very understanding, & so helpful!! It's such a quiet place & I almost never see anyone outside. Plus, there's never anyone in the laundry, but it's a super nice laundry room. Also, they are almost done redoing the pool...I guess they turned the pool & hot tub into pebbletech, which is awesome, & it's seems like it's almost done, which took them no time at all!! Overall, this is one of my favorite RV parks in Casa Grande by FAR. Would DEFINITELY stay again!!!

This is an older, simple park with about half park models, small pool, hot tub and laundry. Very quiet here. Be aware that Google Maps shows an incorrect location and will route you to the Casa Verde Estates mobile home park. I put in an edit but have no idea how long (if ever) Google will take to correct it.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay in this campground. I wish I could give a million stars! Everyone is so kind! From the neighbors to the main office staff to maintenance staff. The park itself is perfectly located—close to grocery stores and shopping! But also has a lovely walking path that’ll make you feel closer to nature— perfect for cool evenings! The pool was always super clean and bathrooms were spotless! (Shower pressure was great too!) All around the perfect park for a short OR long term stay. We just left a week ago and already miss it like crazy!

Was not a good experience for us. We stayed there for 5-6 seasons. The residents were great but the last 2 years was not fun. 2019 was the last year we spent there.

Great little retired community and Rv park. Every one is very friendly from office staff to local neighbors . We really appreciate the manager and front office Helena working with our timing to come to stay here. We had an accident and we’re supposed to be there a certain day but due to things beyond our control. We thought we had lost our money and spot. But after several conversations with helena she assured us we would not loose our spot, plus they accommodated the timing of rental ! They are great people. Donna the maintenance works really hard keeping the grounds nice. Kudos to her too. Quiet and beautiful. I definitely recommend this place close to highways , shopping-and food. Great location.we’ve stayed around a lot of place in the USA. This is a hidden little quiet gem

I live here year-round it is the best place in all of Casa Grande. The management and employees are absolutely fantastic. Special shout-out to Donna our groundskeeper she goes so far above what is required it is not funny.
