We only stopped with our camper van for the night so I can’t speak too much about the park, but the bathrooms were great. Large private clean bathrooms/showers and the laundry room looked like it was well outfitted. The little town of Helper was quite cute. Pretty easy on and off the highway. Easy after hours check-in. Great communication from the friendly staff!

The perfect setup to toss up a tent for a night or 2!! Water power onsite and a hot shower just a short walk away. After hours check in was super easy with clear instructions!! Just understand the location is my only suggestion for traveler's you're next to an active train line and the highway. I have no complaints and I hope other people check it out!!

This is a pretty awesome RV park and cabin rentals. Great location in a small, historic town close to other activities. Very friendly area. Spacious lots, easy parking, great laundry rooms and shower rooms. Very close to train tracks so if you're on to trains, there's always plenty to see. Train noise not loud enough to disturb. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect spot for a one night layover. New looking RV park that's well-maintained. Half a mile from downtown Helper-but caution, there is no walkway to get there. Bathrooms are very clean. We were worried about the highway noise, but it seemed to quiet down after dark and we were able to sleep. Trains didn't come through that often, they do not blow their whistle and they were fun to see. The River front sites are not close to the water and if you're further south than site 198 you back up to a gravel field. The north half of the RV park looked nicer. When all the trees grow super big, this is going to be a really nice spot! We would stay again.

We stayed 1 night here on 8/1/2025. First, I have to say, the bathroom suites are the nicest bathroom/shower facilities I've ever experienced at a campground. They have multiple private shower/bath rooms that are roomy, clean, brightly lit, fantastic. The bathrooms were the highlight. Unfortunately, there were a couple negatives. We were traveling in a very small teardrop that has only room for sleeping inside. We requested a site with some privacy since we do everything but sleep outdoors with our camper. The site we got assigned had zero privacy and no shade even though there were much nicer sites available. And maybe it was the wind direction but we also had a very strong odor of sewage throughout our brief stay. I don't know where exactly it was coming from but pretty disgusting. Finally, the highway noise is pretty loud. Nothing the proprietors can do about it but it was unpleasant. Edit: I was not offered more privacy for more money. I requested privacy and got none. If I was told I could have a decent site for more money vs the terrible site we got, I probably would have paid more. Could have been a win-win and a positive review.
