Brand new playground set, new bath house with 2 individual, restrooms with free showers, free laundry room small area with games. The new huge swimming pond, nearly an acre with inflatables. What a HUGE change the owner has done in a year, it and 40 new sites getting prepped for 2025. Check it out, more to come. BRAND NEW THIS YEAR a huge fences dog park and pavilion.

IMO: Has potential if the Chicogo owner (lives there) keeps his Chicago ideas out of Wisconsin camping. The owner tried to charge us a lot of extra money for my family (no more than 4 at a time) to share the camper. Afraid of Air B&B's. Not sure how a family wanting to spend time together resulted in us renting out to Air B&B. I wasted 5 hours visiting for something he already knew prior to me coming up there The sites have VERY little to no grass. The free showers, free washer/dryer and free ice is a nice amenity. WIFI doesn't work per the owners father. And cell phones do not work per me. Not that thats a bad thing but it is if something happens and you can't call anyone. All other campgrounds phones work in the area with at least 2 bars.

We have a seasonal site and love it!! Great group of people who have sites in this campground. Very dog friendly. New very large pond with blow ups, new huge dog park, brand new pavilion, free wifi, laundry and showers! The owner and manager, both are great! Please come check it out!

Castle Rock Lake is a very, quiet, relaxing campground. Beautiful views of the lake. Very friendly fellow seasonal campers.

Absolutely love this campground! Extremely quiet and located near boat dock. Free boat storage year round is a major plus. You are able to build on to make your site your own and to have it feel like your home away from home. Seasonal campers are friendly and become like family. Large swimming pond with blow ups to enjoy. Wifi, laundry and ice are added bonus. Frequently see Eagles in the trees and a couple of sandhill Cranes that also love to frequent the park. Walking paths along the lake with incredible lake views. Dog friendly which was another major draw for us.
