Invited by friends to Brown Bag Bar located within this RV park. Very friendly people. Very good live music on our visit. Wine and beer only on the pricey side given where we were. But a fun place NO food. Great view of river and boat dock

This will be our first time visiting. I’m disabled and really hope I’m close to the water. Does anyone know if there is boat rentals close by?? I’ve never stayed in Parker so this visit is the make or break if we will return. I will say the phone info I have gotten has been great

It's not a hotel. It's an RV park! Great location.
