Update, we were refunded for the kids ($30) and the lady in the office was nice and apologetic. She said they have young fish that they put in but maybe not enough time yet. 5 fishing lines in the water and zero bites. Few other folks fishing and experienced the same. Pool was very cloudy and a few inches of visibility on a bright day. Grass was needing to be cut 2 weeks prior and had to be extra watchful for snakes. $10/person including our 2 year old. $60 for less than adequate amenities. Only giving a 2 star because the maintenance guy was helpful and finally was able to give the kids a few minutes on the splash pad. A lot of great memories here when I was a kid living in the area and was run as Catfish Heaven but definitely a far cry these days

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Our truck broke down and we were here for 2 days. The park is large and the ponds are great for fishing. The RV spots are large and surround a large pavilion with picnic tables, a kitchen you can rent, and flat screen TVs. The store is well stocked and handy in a pinch! Thank God for the pool, splash pad, and play ground for the kids. I absolutely would recommend this place to everyone. BONUS: They have alligators.

Spent an after fishing. The playground, pool, and splash pad need some serious attention. Old and dated, but for fishing with small kids the gazebo with tables were just what we needed.

This is the best RV park in town without a doubt!! The family who owns it is the best in Louisiana, pool is beautiful, splash pad is amazing, and so so much more! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We chose this campground solely because it was closest to my sunset photography swap tour on Lake Martin. I was very hesitant since there is no website & the fb page was last updated in 2017. Glad we did, perfect for what we needed and only $39. I called 3 times & no one answered. It rings to a generic recording of the phone #. I left a message after the 3rd try. Owner called me back w/in 20 min, said there'd be a spot for us. My observations: Site + Concrete level & grass mowed Campground + Beautiful entrance with the neat flowering trees all in a line. + Very quiet during day & night. + Well kept, grass mowed, all the RVs here are well maintained, no old or run down units. You can tell about 1/3 look seasonal with the concrete stairs & decks, but all nicely maintained. Showerhouse + Thoughouly air conditioned + 4 out of 5 on clean -The plastic toilet seats shift when sat on. -The bathroom stalls are shower curtains instead of doors. -No hand soap in either M or W bathroom. BYOhandsoap. Saw the pool area & fishing pond from a distance but didn't visit. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again if in the area.
