Such a lovely, quiet, older park by the water. Not fancy, but lovely and relaxing. Nice walking, bike path. Clean and lots of trees, shade or sun.

Great experience camping here!! Definitely a hidden gem. I'm from Michigan and love checking out the unique camp spots near water. There were no campgrounds on the Michigan side of the St. Clair river so I was happy to find this one on the Canadian side. The staff was helpful with the booking and my questions during my stay. Beautiful sunsets and soothing noises from the freighters that pass through in the night which can act as a white noise if you need it! Spent my time at the campsite, the gardens nearby which were stunning with wildlife and flowers, drove up and down the river stopping at all the parks/lookouts, Sarnia Poutine Feast food trucks, Point Edward, a few coffeeshops, checked out anywhere with a view and went back over to Michigan to the Thomas Edison Depot museum and dinner at Junction Buoy in Marysville. Did the Huron Lady II cruise on my last day! It went from super warm to super cold and windy so I just had to tweak my plans as I went and make the most of it. Highly recommend for those looking to take the paths less traveled. Not a big touristy area but has the hidden gems when you look.

Stayed 2 nights in our truck camper .Great views of the St Clair River from our site , and the bike trail parallel to the highway was good for seeing more of the shoreline while exercising .Would camp here again .
