Have a guys weekend every year last 4 have been at sunset and is a great spot centrally located to a lot of restaurants and attractions.

This is our third summer camping here and my kids love it. The staff have been wonderful, especially Basil who works at the pool. We intend to continue to make this a summer tradition.

Awesome campground, great staff! Lots of great activities, awesome pool, huge playground and fields for games like soccer and volleyball. Basketball/tennis court as well as street hockey. Great rec center with hot food as well as snacks. Great hayride for kids and also a really fun hayride on Saturday evening for adults. Karaoke nights, live music every Saturday night, chocolate bar bingo, adult bingo, card nights for adults. Lots of great treed lots and nice walking throughout the campground. Clean washrooms and great laundry facilities. Lots of shopping at the boardwalk just steps from the campground. Just minutes to amusement parks, National park, Beach, and many golf courses. Just overall an amazing campground!

Great campground, right near Cavendish beach. They have hundreds of sites, we've stayed in both serviced and unserviced sites many times and have always had a great stay. The washrooms are always clean and well stocked, they have nice wooded lots with some shade and privacy. There seems to be a lot of activities for families, there is also a pool, canteen and large playground. They even rent out golf carts to make it easier to get around the campground since it's so big! Great location near a lot of attractions and the staff are friendly when booking and checking in and out.

We wanted a seasonal site at Marco Polo Land Campground (1.5 km from Sunset Campground) which was voted this year as the best Campground in Canada but Marco has a 8 year waiting list for a seasonal site and they have over 600 sites... So because we couldn't get a seasonal site at Marco we settled for an overflow seasonal site which we call Sunset Campground.

Charged $70 extra on my credit card 6 hours after I checked out without my approval or knowledge (it just showed up on my statement.) Spent 2.5 weeks playing phone tag because no one could tell me why. Finally was told the charge was for "extra guests" I explained I didn't have anyone on the site other than my husband. Owner then stated you're not getting your money back and I'm done arguing and hung up on me. I called back and asked for the names of the extra guests that supposedly stayed on my site. She couldn't provide this and accused me of "sneaking" people in. Eventually refunded me. Staying at this campground has been a tradition for my husband and I for 8 years very disappointed in the disrespectful treatment. Will not be returning.

11 pm is quiet time. I am sitting here at 11:30 and there is music playing all around us. All we want to do is sleep. Calling the office to complain didn't work. They also double booked our site. Went to set up our tent and someone was all set up with 2 tents and a screen tent. They then moved us to a mud hole. I will not be coming back here again.

Really nice. Had not been there in a few years because we sold our camper. Have a camper again and it is just like I remember. Loved it. Personally like the C loop. It is in the trees and private.
